Career Summary

Throughout my undergraduate I have held three part time jobs.

All About Cars Limited.

2008 Sales manager.
All About Cars Limited is an importer, seller, and back-up and service motor vehicle business
entity on Limuru road.
Within two months of joining the Company, I was promoted to be the Sales Manager. My
principal duty is selling vehicles and vehicle spare parts. To date my total sales are circa KES
5 million. In addition, I am responsible for four other casual staff, and take charge of the
dealership when the Managing Director is away.

2007 Globaleye Insurance Agency.

Introducer.
Learnt about offshore funds and practically engaged in marketing Friends Provident Group
offshore funds to friends and family. Globaleye Insurance Agency has listed me as an
introducer.

2003 - 2005 A – Plus Motors Ltd.

Sales Representative
A – Plus Motors Ltd is a firm that imports and sells new and used cars.
My main duty was selling cars and representing the company in sales bazaars. Further, I
undertook all their IT requirements such as designing their print and advertising materials.

Key personal skills

1Team Work. At A – Plus Motors Ltd, I contributed to team targets regarding weekly sales of five
units per week, turnover average Ksh4 million. We successfully met targets. This was not just
an effort on my part but a culmination of integral parties and ideas that meshed as a team with
a goal to sell as many cars as possible.

2Communication. Selected as Class Representative in fourth year and delivered a ten-minute

presentation to fifteen academic staff on student concerns about new developments in the
business school.

3Information technology savvy. Computer literate and have a fair grasp of Word Processing
(Word); Spreadsheets (Excel); Databases (Access, Works); Presentation software
(PowerPoint); Internet software (HTML, Dream weaver, Flash).

4Problem Solving. I possess excellent analytical and numeric skills, which I further developed
through the study of statistics and economics.
