1、概述
该型电加热器外形美观，安装、使用、维护方便，适用于船舶舱室内冬季加热、
取暖，改善工作和休息环境。
2、型号说明
M E H

3、安装
3.1 用适当长度 4 个 M6 螺栓，经四个安装孔，将加热器固定在舱壁安装座上。
3.2 拆卸电器盒盖，将电缆线经接线填料函固定在接线端子上，将接线盒盖好。
注意：本加热器应低于 1m 以下安装，并与地面留有 200mm 以上空间。
4、使用
4.1 确认接线牢靠无误后，接通电源。
4.2 旋转侧面板上温控器旋钮，调定所需室温。
4.3 将旋钮开关由“0”旋转至“1” “2” “3”中的任一位置，电加热器即开始工作。
4.4 当室温达到设定温度时，加热器自动停止加热；室温下降后，加热器自动恢复加。
若不需要对室内加热，只需将旋钮开关的“0”旋转至箭头处，加热器停止工作。
4.5 加热时，不得触摸加热器外壳，以免被高温烫伤。
4.6 不得将潮湿物、棉毛织品等易燃物放置于加热器上烘烤，以免引起火灾。
4.7 不能有水溅至加热器上，以免发生触电事故。
4.8 本加热器设有超温保护功能，如发现加热器不工作，检查加热器是否发生超温现象，
超温保护开关是否弹出，如弹出。先检查无误后再用螺丝刀将“复位“按纽按下即可恢复
加热。
5、维护保养
根据环境空气的清洁度，定期对加热器进行维护保养。

1. Brief description
This type of electric heater has beautiful outline, and the installation、operation
and maintenance is very easily, It can be used for warming in the cabins as to
improve the working and resting environment in winter.
2. Specification

3. Installation
3.1 Fixing the heater to the installation base on the cabin wall using four M6
bolts of suitable length through the four installation holes in the installation panel.
3.2 Removing the front cover board of electric set which electrical connector
installed , and mounting after wiring according to the electrical principle drawing.
Note: the installation height should lower than 1m,and the distance to ground
must greater than 200mm.
4. Operation
4.1 After checking the wire, then turn on the power supply.
4.2 Turn the temperature-control knob on the side panel to the temperature
needed.
4.3 Turn on the switch from “0” to “1” “2” “3” station, the heater will be
working .
4.4 When the temperature is lower than set point, the heater will heat
automatically, If the heating is not needed, you only need rotate the switch to
“0”rotation to the arrow.
4.5 when heater is be working , touching the heater is forbidden to avoid
scalding.
4.6 Putting the moist object and flammability such as linsey-woolsey on the
heater is forbidden.
4.7 Does not let a great lot water spatter to the heater.
Note: This heater is equipped with over-temperature protection, such as the
heater did not work, check the heater is the reason of the over-temperature,
over-temperature protection switch is tripped, such as the jump button press with a
screwdriver.
5. Maintenance
Maintaining the heater periodically according to the cleanness of air.

1、概述
该型电加热器外形美观，安装、使用、维护方便，适用于船舶舱室内冬季加热、
取暖，改善工作、休息环境。
2、安装

板，用毛刷清除加热管表面积灰。

1. 概述
CDR 型船用暖风机（以下简称暖风机），为电加热式暖风机，广泛适用于舰
船各舱室、海上石油钻井平台上，当外界温度接近零度时，须启用本机组，以使
温度维持在所需的环境温度上，保证各设备及管道不至于冻坏；此外，还适用于
宾馆、会议室、实验室等陆上场所，供取暖之用。
暖风机在下列环境下能可靠地工作。
1) 环境空气温度：-20℃～+40℃
2) 最湿月平均最大相对湿度为 90％
3) 污染等级：“污染等级 3”
2. 型号说明

3. 结构特点及说明
3.1 暖风机采用不锈钢外壳，无框架结构设计，整机安装方便。
3.2 暖风机采用多层防护设计，进风网孔的防护等级不低于 IP44，出风口的防护
等级不低于 IP44。
3.3 暖风机内装有过热安全保护装置，起到过热安全保护功能，可在因意外而散
热差时能自动切断电源。
3.4 暖风机采用强制对流式送风，可迅速提高所需空间温度。
3.5 暖风机内设有隔热层，使外壳不会出现高温过热现象。
3.6 风机采用新型金属贯流式风叶，出风均匀平稳，噪音低。
3.7 暖风机控制原理及说明：
接通电源后，将旋钮开关旋转至“加热”位置时，电加热管 DE 与风机同时
工作，即暖风机正常工作。当温度高于某一数值（如 85℃）后，暖风机停止工
作，此时，可将开关旋转至“通风”位置让风机单独工作，即暖风机处于散热状
态。当需关闭暖风机时，只需将开关 SA 旋转至“停”，则电加热管停止工作，
风机延时大约 3 分钟后停止运行。
如正常运行过程中，风机或电机有异常不送风或风量很小，暖风机内空气温
度达到 85℃±5℃时，超温保护器 FT 自动断开，暖风机停止工作，此时应切断
电源，检修暖风机，待排除故障后，再重新开机。
4. 安装
4.1 暖风机安装时应检查事项

a．外壳应无飞边、毛刺、裂缝等缺陷。
b．外壳和进风孔是否有不平整、压伤、凹凸不平和歪斜等缺陷；
c．安装时应检查暖风机所有螺栓是否拧紧，弹簧垫圈有无丢失，并检查暖风机
有无异常声音。
d．前面板正前方不应有阻挡送风气流的物体，以使气流喷射足够远。下面为进
风口，物体（阻挡物）距进风口的距离不应小于 1 米。
e．接好电源线和接地线并检查是否牢靠；同时检测绝缘电阻应≥500MΩ，合格
后接通电源。
5. 维修和保养
根据环境空气的清洁度，定期对加热器进行维护保养。在切断总电源的情况
下，拆卸前面板，用毛刷清除暖风机内的杂物及加热管表面积灰。
每三个月检测一次暖风机绝缘电阻。
6. 故障及排除

7. 注意事项：
7.1 不得将潮湿物及棉毛织品等易燃物放置于暖风机上及暖风机出风口处。
7.2 在暖风机工作时，不应触摸风机外壳，以免烫伤。

1. Brief description
CDR type marine warm-fan (named WF below) is applied to cabins of naval
vessel、ships、offshore platform and etc. It must to start this unit to maintain the inside
temperature in one value ensuring all devices and pipes not freezing when the outside
temperature reaches zero degree. Furthermore ,this kind of unit can be used to supply
central heating to the hotel、lab、boardroom and etc.
Working of the electric warmer fan shall be based on the following ambient
conditions:
⑴ Air temperature: -20℃ ～ +40℃
⑵ Relative humidity: 90%
⑶ Contaminating class: 3

3. The structure characteristic of this unit and explain

3.1 The material of electric warmer fan is stainless, no frame, and the whole body is
easy to install.
3.2 The electric warmer fan has multi-protection, the protection class of inlet filter is
not less than IP44, and the protection class of outlet is also not less than IP44.
3.3 The electric warmer fan has over heat protection, when over heat, it will automatic
trip the power.
3.4 The electric warmer is designed forced convection supply air, it can rapid raise the
room temperature.
3.5 The electric warmer fan has isolation protection inside of body; it can ensure the
surface of warmer fan no high temperature or over heat.
3.6 The blade of fan is designed filling flow type, and the material is new type metal,
the outlet air is balanced and calm, low noise.

When power supplied, The WF would work normally rotating the button SA to

“ON” position, here the electric heating tube and fan work synchronously. The WF

would stop working When the inside temperature is higher than one value (such as

85℃), at this time you can let the fan work by oneself rotating the button SA on

“Ventilation” position. When you rotate the button SA on “OFF” position, the electric

heating tube will stop working , the fan delay about 3 minutes later , then stop.

During the WF be working, the over-temperature protector FT would break

down when the inside temperature reaches 85℃±5℃ coming forth the bellowing

matters mentioned : fan or motor are abnormity、not ventilation、wind mete is small.

At this time you should break down the power and examine and repair the WF, after

the faults removed you can restart the WF over again.

4. Installation

4.1 Inspection before installation

a. The surface of electric warmer fan should be smooth and no deficiency such as burr

and crack.

b. The body of electric warmer fan should have no deficiency such as damage,

concave, or protruding.

c. Checking all screws if are tight, and spring washer if missed, and if abnormal voice

happens.

d. No obstruction placed on the front surface of electric warmer fan. The inlet is on

the bottom of body. The distance between inlet and obstruction is not less than 1m.

e. Connect the power cable and earth conductor, measuring the insulation resistance,

and the valve≥500 MΩ. After checking out, the power can be on.

5. Maintenance

The electric warmer fan should be periodical inspected and maintained according

to ambient conditions. Cut off power, disassembly the front plate, and clear the heat

coil and inside body by brush.

Please measure the insulation resistance one time per three month.

6. Troubleshooting

7、Notes:
7.1 Don’t put wet goods or textile such as cotton and feather on the surface and outlet
