WHY ARE BODY SISTEMS VITAL? = ¿POR QUÉ SON NECESARIOS LOS SITEMAS DEL CUERPO?

Body systems are groups of organs which work together to perform a specific job.
Los sistemas del cuerpo son grupos de órganos que trabajan juntos para realizar un trabajo específico.

HOW MANY SYSTEMS ARE THERE? = ¿CUÁNTOS SISTEMAS HAY? 6

Locomotor system = Sistema locomotor (sirve para movernos)
Nervous system = Sistema nervioso (sirve para la coordinación)
Digestive system = Sistema digestivo (sirve para hacer la digestión)
Excretory system= Sistema excretor (sirve para expulsar las sustancias de desecho)
Circulatory system = Sistema circulatorio (sirve para la circulación de la sangre)
Respiratory system = Sistema respiratorio (sirve para respirar)

HOW DO YOU GET OXYGEN FROM THE AIR? = ¿CÓMO SE OBTIENE EL OXÍGENO DEL AIRE?

In respiration, we breathe in air which contains oxygen and we breathe out carbon dioxide.
En la respiración, respiramos oxígeno que contiene el aire y expulsamos dióxido de carbono.

1. Air enters our body through MOUTH and NOSE.

2. The air passes trough TRACHEA and BRONCHI.
3. The bronchi lead to the LUNGS.
4. Beloz the lungs, there is a muscle called DIAPHRAGM.
5. When it CONTRACTS, air is DRAW INTO our lungs.
When it RELAXES, air is EXPELLED our lungs.

1. El aire entra en nuestro cuerpo por la BOCA y la NARIZ.

2. El aire pasa por TRAQUEA y BRONQUIO.
3. Los bronquios conducen a los PULMONES.
4. Encima de los pulmones, hay un músculo llamado DIAFRAGMA.
5. Cuando se CONTRAE, el aire ENTRA en nuestros pulmones.
Cuando se RELAJA, el aire se EXPULSA de nuestros pulmones.
