PACTO DEL MIEMBRO

Declaro que, por recibir a Cristo como mi Señor y Salvador, ser bautizado en agua, y estar de
acuerdo con el propósito, creencias, valores, estrategia, y estructura de la Iglesia Hispana
Evangélica, siento que el Espíritu Santo me dirige a unirme a esta familia espiritual. Al hacerlo,
prometo a Dios, y a los demás miembros de la congregación que…

…No fomentaré chismes ni participaré
en ellos
…Obedeceré a los líderes

 “solícitos en guardar la unidad del Espíritu en el vínculo de la paz;” (Efesios 4:3)

 “Así que, sigamos lo que contribuye a la paz y a la mutua edificación” (Romanos 14:19).

 “Pero el Dios de la paciencia y de la consolación os dé entre vosotros un mismo sentir

según Cristo Jesús” (Romanos 15:5).

 “…amaos unos a otros entrañablemente, de corazón puro” (1 Pedro 1:22).

 Finalmente, sed todos de un mismo sentir, compasivos, amándoos fraternalmente,

misericordiosos, amigables; (1Pedro 3:8).

 “Ninguna palabra corrompida salga de vuestra boca, sino la que sea buena para la
necesaria edificación, a fin de dar gracia a los oyentes” (Efesios 4:29).

 Amaos los unos a los otros con amor fraternal; en cuanto a honra, prefiriéndoos los unos
a los otros. (Romanos 12:10).

 “Obedeced a vuestros pastores, y sujetaos a ellos; porque ellos velan por vuestras almas,
como quienes han de dar cuenta; para que lo hagan con alegría, y no quejándose, porque
esto no os es provechoso” (Hebreos 13:17).

Having received Christ as my Savior and Lord and been baptized, and being in agreement with Spanish
Evangelical Church’s doctrinal statement and core values, I commit myself to God and to Spanish Evangelical
Church to do the following:

1. I will _______________ the __________ of my church … by acting in love

… by refusing to gossip or participate in gossip
… by obeying the leadership

• “Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.” (Ephesians 4:3).

• “Let us therefore make every effort to do what leads to peace and to mutual edification” (Romans 14:19).

 “Now may the God of patience and comfort grant you to be like-minded toward one another, according
to Christ Jesus,” (Romans 15:5).

• “…have sincere love for your brothers, love one another deeply from the heart” (I Peter 1:22).

• “Finally, all of you, live in harmony with one another; be sympathetic, love as brothers, be compassionate
and humble” (I Peter 3:8).

• “Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others
up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen” (Ephesians 4:29).

• “Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves” (Romans 12:10).

• “Obey your leaders and submit to their authority. They keep watch over you as men who must give an
account. Obey them so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no advantage to
you” (Hebrews 13:17).

MEMBERSHIP CHARGE

As Senior Pastor of Spanish Evangelical Church:

I charge you:
To give careful attention to your own spiritual life, and your devotion to the lord Jesus Christ. This
means that you will seek to give adequate time to the nurture of your relationship with the Lord through
reading God's word, spending time in prayer, continue to seek for the fullness of the Holy Spirit and
fasting as he calls you to do so. This also involves listening to the wise counsel of your leaders, and
those who seek to minister to you in your own personal life.

I charge you:
To give attention to your witness in the world, and I pray that you will see that the Lord is using you
where you live and work; among your family and friends. May your life shine brightly as a testimony to
Jesus Christ who is lord and may those who observe your conduct know that you have committed your
life to him.

I further charge you:

To live your life in such a manner that you will neither give cause for stumbling to a younger brother or
sister, nor will you give cause to one who is not yet a Christian to be turned away from pursuing the
gospel call they are even now receiving.

And then I charge you:

To be faithful in your relationship to the body of Christ. This will certainly involve praying for other
members of the church. It will also require you to be faithful in attendance during the gathering times of
God's people and making yourself available to minister according to the gifts God has given to you.
Faithfulness to the church also means that you will be regular in your financial support of the church,
returning to the Lord His tithe and your offerings each Lord’s day.

In return:
It is our intention, the pastoral staff, the deacon board, and fellow members of Christ’s body, to minister
to you with our God given abilities, to strengthen you, to give you a word of encouragement, and to be
available to pray with you and undergird you in the struggles you may encounter.

We commit ourselves:
To be for you a family of brothers and sisters in Christ, ready to minister to you and with you in the
mutual ministry God has entrusted to us. May the Lord give us each the grace to fulfill the calling He
has placed upon us.

Como pastor principal de la iglesia Evangélica Hispana

Te encarezco
Que le des atención cuidadosa a tu vida espiritual y a tu devoción al Señor Jesucristo. Esto
significa que vas a buscar la manera de dar el tiempo adecuado para la nutrición de tu
relación con el Señor, A través de la lectura de la palabra de Dios, pasando tiempo en la
oración, la búsqueda diaria de ser lleno del Espíritu Santo y en el ayuno, como Él te ha
llamado a hacerlo.

Te Encargo
Que preste atención a tu testimonio en el mundo, y oro para que veas que El señor te esta
usando donde vives y trabajas, entre tu familia y tus amigos, que tu vida brille de forma
resplandeciente como testimonio a Cristo Jesús, Quien es el señor y que aquellos que
observan tu conducta que has compro- metido tu vida con El.

Además, te Encargo
Que seas fiel en tu relación con el cuerpo de cristo. Esto ciertamente incluye La oración
por los demás miembros de la iglesia. También se requiere de ti que seas fiel en tu
asistencia en los momentos de reuniones del pueblo de Dios, y que puedas estar disponible
para ministrar conforme a los talentos que Dios te ha dado. Fidelidad a la iglesia también
significa que vas a apoyar tu iglesia con regular dad, Financieramente, devolviendo a Dios
su Diezmos y ofrendas en cada Día del señor.

A cambio te Encargo
Es nuestra intensión, el conjunto pastoral, la junta de diáconos, y los miembros del cuerpo
de cristo, de ministrarte con todas las habilidades Que hemos recibidos de Dios, de
fortalecerte, de darte una palabra de motivación, y poder orar contigo y afianzarte en las
dificultades que puedas encontrar.

Nos comprometemos:
A ser para ti una Familia de hermanos y hermanas en Cristo, listos para ministrarte a ti y
contigo en el ministerio mutuo que Dios nos ha confiado, Que el señor nos de a cada uno
la gracia para llevar a cabo el llamado que El ha depositado sobre nosotros,
