I. SITUATIONER:

Business Concept

Our business focuses on supplying and selling muscovado sugar that has rich brown color,
moist texture, and toffee like taste that is commonly use to give a sweet flavor to different types
of baked products and other recipes. It qualifies as “natural” and “unrefined” because each
granule holds molasses, which is primarily what differentiates it from traditional sugar.
Muscovado sugar does supply a few vitamins, minerals and nutritionally richer than other brown
sugar. The major goal of the company is to produce high quality muscovado sugar to consumers
in a cost effective price of raw material. The unprocessed material directly from our own sugar
cane plantation.

Mission

To have an effective management and quality control of muscovado sugar production and
to sell it at a very reasonable price which can be purchased by everyone easily. Also, the
company will inspire the employees and sugar cane farmers to be the best they can be.

Vision

To be leading producer of muscovado sugar by delivering the highest international


standards to our consumers at the lowest possible cost and to contribute to the social and
economic development of our community.

Market Locale

The store is located at CM. Recto St. Lucena City, Quezon Province its visibility to the
market that may help in improving the economic activities in the site.

The business are near from the supermarket which sell also different product.

Place of Production

The factory and farm was located at Brgy.Wakas, Tayabas City

Our aggressive plans of having a factory as well as store will also give the business an
advantages to create a good market share. The muscovado are adoptable to every type of store.

The muscovado were prepared on the business location and the equipment was given by
Department of Labor (DOLE). The area provided was designed with good standards of sanitary
efficiency and cleaned daily.
