OFF electrocerradura.

telemando, la puerta se detiene. Si pulsamos nuevamente la
OFF

ON
OFF
Si

INITIAL CONDITIONS. IMPORTANT!
Before installing this control panel please read this manual carefully and make the
connections as indicated.
A diagram is included to make connections easier. All incorrect connections are the
responsibility of the person making the installation and render any guarantee null and
void. If in doubt, please consult your nearest distributor.
Any incorrect connection may cause personal injury and/or irreparable damage to the
product.
It is recommended that the installation to which the control panel is connected is compliant
with the low voltage regulations in force.
Before making any connection or handling the control panel, disconnect it from the mains.
During the installation of the actuator and/or the peripherals, you must disconnect the
voltage from the control panel.

DESCRIPTION OF THE CONNECTIONS
Key contactor

COMMON SWITCH
Photocell contactor
COMMON SWITCH
PHOTOCELL
Connect the NC contactors (Normally Closed) of the photocell or any other safety device,
such as a magnetic loop, a safety band, etc., to the corresponding terminals (common-
photocell). When the photocell beam is broken, the red LED2 diode turns off for as long
as the obstacle remains in the beam. On standby, it will always be on. If, when the
photocell is connected to the control panel, the LED diode is off, this may be due to the fact
that a NO contactor has been used (Normally Open) or it is not correctly aligned with the
photocell mirror or receiver.
15
Electro-lock output.
ELECTRO-LOCK
ELECTRO-LOCK
Prior to the door beginning the opening manoeuvre, the control panel activates the
electro-lock for 3 seconds, applying a rectified voltage of 17 VDC.
When the manoeuvre begins, the control panel activates a voltage-free contactor for 3
seconds to turn on the garage light directly from the manoeuvre control panel.
Connect the garage light timer, the staircase circuit breaker, remote switch or any other
device for said purpose to the corresponding terminals. (These contactors are voltage-
free, which means that lights cannot be connected directly to these terminals. This is a NO
contactor which makes it possible to recirculate a phase to activate the aforementioned
peripherals).
The control panel has two terminals with a permanent output of 24 VAC for supplying
peripherals such as photocells, receivers, etc. This permanent output is limited to 1 amp
22 watts..

The direction in which the motor turns must coincide with that of the control panel. The
mini-pushbuttons on the board can be used (P1 –PEN – P2 CLOSE) to check the directions
in which it turns.
No. 1 corresponds to the COMMON SWITCH, which can also be the Grey colour of the
motor. Nos. 2 and 3 correspond to the turns, which can also be brown and black. (The
order depends on the turn direction required fro each manoeuvre).

DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS
1. Automatic/semi-automatic function
Once this time is over, the door closes as long as the safety
elements so allow.
Whenever the door is closing and the key or the remote control
is pressed, or a safety element is activated (photocell, magnetic
band, etc.), the door stops and the manoeuvre is inverted for a
time equal to that used during the closing operation.
If the installation has a traffic light connected to the 65-AEPS1-009 card, it functions as
follows:
19
2. Return movement (EPE-B09 model) / Alternative stop (EPEB-PAL/-C09/-S09 model)
1 2 3
If the door does not reach the desired open end stop, check the following:
- The type of condenser used. A greater capacity condenser can be used to increase
the motor torque.
- The door is correctly counterweighted.
- It is correctly greased.
- It does not have obstacles due to incorrect adjustments or knocks, etc.
- The motor is not blocked.
- The encoder system on the board and motor are correct. Check that the LED5 and
LED6 diodes come on when the door is moving. If either of them does not come
on, there may be a problem with the encoder system.
