RESUMEN

La evidente carencia estructural en nuestros Sistemas de Seguridad y Salud en el

marco laboral de nuestras organizaciones colombianas, sigue siendo la
consecuencia directa de enfermedades laborales, así como accidentes e
incidentes de trabajo u ocasionales con la correspondiente influencia en la
responsabilidad social de estas instituciones. Por lo tanto, esta investigación
apunta al objetivo de mostrar los resultados de un estudio real de estos sistemas
con el fin de identificarse definitivamente si contribuyen efectivamente o no, a
calificar como empresas socialmente responsables. Junto a ello se contrapondrá
la realidad actual de las organizaciones del país con la normatividad vigente
colombiana, con el fin de encontrar hacia qué lado se inclinan más las balanzas de
compromisos y responsabilidades y deberes y obligaciones por parte de trabajador
y empleador.

ABSTRACT

The evident structural lack in our Health and Safety Systems in the labor
framework of our Colombian organizations, remains the direct consequence of
occupational diseases, as well as accidents and incidents of work or occasional
with the corresponding influence on the social responsibility of these institutions.
Therefore, this research aims to show the results of a real study of these systems
in order to identify definitively if they contribute effectively or not, to qualify as
socially responsible companies. Along with this, the current reality of the
organizations of the country will be contrasted with the current Colombian
regulations, in order to find out which side the balances of commitments and
responsibilities and duties and obligations of the worker and employer are inclined.
