WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Technical support associate for Symantec Anti-virus in
Sutherland Global Services.
Installation and support for Norton Anti-virus and Symantec Enterprise
Product. Major error detection and controlling for anti-virus products. I
was also responsible for the virus removal from affected systems. This
process involves remote accessing of systems from the office sites and
performing these tasks. I was promoted to the quality control
department where I was assigned for the quality control of the jobs
done.
2. Technical support advisor for Apple in Adithya Birla.
As an Technical advisor for Apple, my job responsibilities includes
maintaining billing records and iTunes store details of iTunes store
customers. I was also responsible for iTunes store media management
and maintain other records for Apple iTunes.

ACADEMIC PROJECTS
Project: Advanced energy monitoring and controlling using IEEE 802.15.4-
compliant radio transceiver.
Description: In this project we make use of radio transceivers and
establish a wireless connection between the billing station and the
customer unit. The units of the consumed power measured at the
customer end, is relayed to the billing station where the calculations
are performed and appropriate bills are sent back. The customer has
the provision to register a complaint at the service station in order to
inform about any inconvenience experienced. The wireless connections
between several units are based on Zigbee protocol. PIC16F877A
microcontrollers are used to perform the operation.
