ENTREVISTADOR: ¿Podrías hablarme de ti?

ENTREVISTADO: por supuesto, mi nombre es Estefanía Mamani Mamani, estudie en el Instituto

Francisco de Paula Gonzales Vigil. Trabaje en un estudio contable como asistente contable.

ENTREVISTADOR: ¿Cuáles son tus fortalezas?

ENTREVISTADO: soy responsable y honesta. Me gusta trabajar en equipo y siempre busco mejorar
mi trabajo.

ENTREVISTADOR: ¿Por qué dejaste tu empleo anterior?

ENTREVISTADO: Porque quiero adquirir nuevas experiencias en una organización diferente. Asi
que decidí asumir nuevos retos.

ENTREVISTADOR: ¿Por qué quieres trabajar con nosotros?

ENTREVISTADO: he estado siguiendo vuestra historia durante los últimos años. Estoy sorprendida
con su crecimiento dentro del mercado laboral, por esa razón quiero trabajar en su empresa.

ENTREVISTADOR: ¿Por qué deberíamos contratarte?

ENTREVISTADO: porque tengo experiencia en esta área de trabajo, además estoy dispuesta a
trabajar para la mejoría de la empresa.

INTERVIEWED: of course, my name is Estefanía Mamani Mamani, I studied at the Francisco de

Paula Gonzales Vigil Institute. Work in an accounting study as an accounting assistant.

INTERVIEWER: What are your strengths?

INTERVIEWED: I am responsible and honest. I like to work as a team and I always seek to improve
my work.

INTERVIEWER: Why did you leave your previous job?

INTERVIEWED: Because I want to gain new experiences in a different organization. So I decided to

take on new challenges.

INTERVIEWER: Why do you want to work with us?

INTERVIEWED: I have been following your story for the past few years. I am surprised with your
growth in the job market, for that reason I want to work in your company.

INTERVIEWER: Why should we hire you?

INTERVIEWED: because I have experience in this area of work, I am also willing to work for the
improvement of the company.
