This company is concerned with human resource. Is very important treat the
employees with leadership. they needs estrategies for they have a good company.
HRM designs, manages and coordinate actions, promoting maximum individual
development of the employees. The human resources management process is first
the admision, human resources palnning, compesation, training and development,
maintaining perssonel, monitoring performance.
the main objetives that the company have are: to help organization achieveits
goals, to provide organizational competitiveness, to provide the organization with
well-trained, to facilitate self-realization and increase employee satisfaction, to
manage changes, to establish ethical policies, to develop and maintain quality of
life at work.
