1. Open Microsoft folder by double click.

2. Click on “Setup”

3. Wait for few minutes --------


4. Go to offline mode.
5. Go to desktop and find out your “Microsoft office” & then double click to open it.
6. If there is no shortcut for “Microsoft office” on your desktop. Then go to “start” menu.
Follow the image—

Click on the window like button. Go to microsoft office by scrolling down.

Click on that folder.


Now you can double click to open it. Or, make a shortcut on desktop to avoid such troubles.
So that, it will be very easy & friendly to use & not to search anything from “start” menu.
7. Finally. By double click , you will get this type of something. It’s your starting page of
Microsoft. From now, you can type anything & edit anything & print them anytime.

8. Select “No Spacing”


9. Select “Page Layout”

10. Select “Margin” from “Page Layout”.


11. From Margin click on “Custom Margins”

12. Go to “Paper” see “Red mark”


and select from your combo box. See “Green mark”
13. Now click on “Margins” & from there select your desire size (example: Top= 0.6’’; Left=
0.6’’ ; Bottom=0.6’’ ; Right= 0.6’’) After completion it. Just click “OK”.

14. Click “Home” & then Click on the font to change it. Then Click the font size which is beside
the font.
15. Use “Tab” button from your keyboard to keep distance your written content.

16. Use “Caps Lock” button from your keyboard to get Capital letter.
17. Press “Shift” button & your alphabet/symbol from your keyboard to type upper level alphabet
or symbols.
18. Some short-cut of your keyboard:
 Ctrl+Z= redo.
 Ctrl +A= to select all
 Ctrl+B= to bold something.
 Ctrl+ C= to copy something.
 Ctrl+X= to cut something.
 Ctrl+V = to paste your copied/cut content there.
 Ctrl+ i= to type in “italic form”
 Ctrl+ U= to underline something.
 Ctrl+P= to print something.
 Ctrl+S= to save your document.
 Ctrl+ = = to type lower case. Example: O2
 Ctrl+shift+ = = to type upper case. Example: 22th
 Enter button [from your keyboard]= go to Next Line
 Backspace= to delete previous thing.
***if you press “Num Lock” button from your keyboard then you can not type numbers. So, to solve
it press the “Num Lock” button again.
