14. Click “Home” & then Click on the font to change it. Then Click the font size which is beside
the font.
15. Use “Tab” button from your keyboard to keep distance your written content.
16. Use “Caps Lock” button from your keyboard to get Capital letter.
17. Press “Shift” button & your alphabet/symbol from your keyboard to type upper level alphabet
or symbols.
18. Some short-cut of your keyboard:
Ctrl+Z= redo.
Ctrl +A= to select all
Ctrl+B= to bold something.
Ctrl+ C= to copy something.
Ctrl+X= to cut something.
Ctrl+V = to paste your copied/cut content there.
Ctrl+ i= to type in “italic form”
Ctrl+ U= to underline something.
Ctrl+P= to print something.
Ctrl+S= to save your document.
Ctrl+ = = to type lower case. Example: O2
Ctrl+shift+ = = to type upper case. Example: 22th
Enter button [from your keyboard]= go to Next Line
Backspace= to delete previous thing.
***if you press “Num Lock” button from your keyboard then you can not type numbers. So, to solve
it press the “Num Lock” button again.
