Definitions
Benchmark: is indication that we are on the way from
objective to goal and outcomes as accomplished through
activities.
Outcome: It is an outcome if it answers the question,
"What has changed as a result of the actions taken?"
Objective: Measurable action taken to result in the
outcome.
Activities: a collection of discreet tasks that accomplish the
objective.

Lead: means person who makes sure the work gets done -
but is not necessarily the person who does the work.
