Dear Students:

1. Next semester, we will begin our workshop practice. I will be responsible for this course. 
    2020 workshop practice will be carried out in Hengyi Industries Sdn Bhd in Brunei. The
practice will start on March 9th (Monday), 2020.  
    In the first phase, you will study the theories of petroleum refining technology of PBM
refinery project for about one month, and in the second phase you will carry out the on-site
practice for two and half months.You will finish your practice at the end of June, and have your
graduation ceremony in early July in Brunei.    
    Because of the severe shortage of employee dormitory, the company can not offer dormitory
to you, all students are asked to live at home just like all local employee. 
    Enclosed please fine the Teaching program of 2020 workshop practice in the attached
document.

2. According to the suggestion of our college leaders, the college will hold a Chinese Spring
Festival Eve dinner in advance for you. The dinner will be hold on January 17 (Friday), 2020,
18:00-19:30 at 邵科馆. All students are invited and welcome to attend the dinner.

3. Also, you will have you last final exam on January 16 (Thursday). After the exam, please go
to Teaching Building No. 10, room 5103 to return all the text books you borrowed to 张红
Laoshi.
Please help me and Ms. Shan Shan, the HR chief executive of Brunei Company, to complete
following matters on your workshop practice:
1. 请通知学生登记劳保服尺码表 ，详见附件一。
 Please give your sizes of labor uniform and shoes, please refer to attached file 1 for details.
2. 为了办理学生的入厂证，请统计学生信息（姓名，IC, 照片），详见附件二
In order to apply for the factory entry certificate, please give your name, IC, e-copy photo.

3. 请统计学生信息， 以便公司为学生购买保险，详见附件三
Please give yuor information in  attached file 3, so that the company can purchase insurance for
you.
4. 第 6 期 UBD 学生将于 2 月 4 日乘坐文航 BI640 从杭州萧山机场（13:55）出发，18:20 抵
达文莱。恒逸大巴将会前往学校载学生们前往机场，大巴出发时间为 10:10am. 
You will depart from Hangzhou Xiaoshan airport (13:55) by flight BI640 on February 4 and will
arrive in Brunei at 18:20. The hengyi bus will go to ZJU to send the students to the airport. The
bus departure time is 10:10 am.

     You should drive your car to MPA parking lot, take the hengyi buses to PMB.The buses
departure at 7:00am-7:30am.Please dont miss the buses. MPA Parking is in Marine Port
Authority (MPABD) of Serasa Ferry Terminal
