- (a) Goldmine Location and Plot

KB owns and operates an extension mining operation in Turkey.
Unique to other gold operations, KB owns all refining, production,
and international distribution of the gold mined from their property.

- (b) Storage/Audit Document

Gold is stored in Sct. Gotthard Massif in Switzerland in the same
secure location where the Swiss government stores their national
gold reserve. All stored gold is immediately secured and audits are
performed regularly by PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Swiss
authorities.

- (c) Quality Control Document

Before gold enters the storage deposit or is marked for dispatch,
every production series is delivered to Switzerland for notary quality
control. The inspection guidelines have very high quality
requirements. If bullion should not meet the quality requirements,
there is a risk that the production licenses will be withdrawn. Only
after releasing the test report, is the gold delivered to customers or
stored free of charge, when requested.

- (d) Responsibility Mark

KB has been approved be the Swiss Precious Metal Control and has
the rights to produce licensed Swiss gold. Only two companies in
Switzerland are authorized with these rights.

- (e) Depot Certificate

At any time customers may order depot certificates stating their gold
depot. Customers will soon have access to an online back office,
giving them opportunity to conveniently view their depot details.

- (f) Account Statement

Customers are provided with account statements. This will soon be
replaced with the same customer-based access to a back office
showing real time inventory, purchase and current prices.
