At the stroke of midnight, as the Panama Band played “Auld Lang Syne,” hundreds of
balloons were released from the ceiling and noise-making horns and whistles were
tooted by the crowd of partygoers as they sipped sparkling champagne and kissed
their partners.
Along with great food, drinks and conversation, the partygoers danced
until the wee hours of the morning. After a good night sleep, the guests were
treated to a full-course breakfast before departing from the hotel.

drawings. The CD will be in PDF format. Contractors and Sub-
Contractors can purchase paper copies of the drawings from Bal-
timore County - OIT - Central Printing located in the Basement of the
COB, RM G-9 for $1.50 a copy.
Furnish all labor and materials necessary for sewer, water, storm drain, gas,
electric, telephone, fire protection, building, road improvements and new
work on 16.3 acre site and approach road in accordance with drawings,
specifications and special provisions.
The Purchasing Agent reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or
bids or parts of bids and to waive technicalities as may be deemed best for
the interest of the County.
