Wn MTI recunovocies General Electric - Rack Assembly Instructions Model # ROP 30120-3S Note: Please refer to the attached drawings for rack assembly. To assemble the rack, please do the following: 1 Position Right frame, Left frame, and Mid-supporting frame, indicated in section A, B & C of drawing’s sheet#3/6 accordingly, in a row. Insert and bolt two cross-back braces to the back of the Right, Left and Mid-supporting frames as detailed on drawing sheet #2/6. Use 2 x */'x %" hex head bolts to fasten them to Right & Left frames, and 1 x %4" x 3 %" hex head bolt to fasten them to the Mid-supporting frame. Position two L-shaped- 2" x 3" x ’” x 119%" angles on the first top steps of the Left, Right & Mid-supporting frames. Use 4 x *" x 2%’ machine head bolts to fasten the angles to the Left & Right frames, and 2 x %4’x 2%" machine head bolt to fasten the angles to the Mid-supporting frame. Position two L-shaped- 2” x 3” x 1%" x 119%" angles on the middle steps of the Left, Right & Mid-supporting frames. Use 4 x °" x 2%" machine head bolts to fasten the angles to the Left & Right frames, and 1 x %’x 2%’ machine head bolt and 1 x 's" x2 %' machine head bolt to fasten the angles to the Mid-supporting frame. Position two L-shaped 2" x 3" x ‘’ x 119%" angles on the lowest steps of the Left Right & Mid-supporting frames. Use 4 x °” x 2%” machine head bolts to fasten the angles to the Left & Right frames, and 1 x "x 2 %" machine head bolt and 1 x °/," x 2 2° machine head bolt to fasten the angles to the Mid-supporting frame. Place 2 x 2” x */y0” x 120” retaining bars (item #3 on drawing sheet #2/6) so that one of the bars is positioned across the front and the other is positioned across the back of the Left, Right & Mid-supporting frames. Use 6 x ‘/s’ x %" hex head bolts to fasten the retaining bars to the frames. Place 2 x 2" x °/g" x 120" retaining bars (item #3 on drawing sheet #2/6) across the front of middle step and lowest step of the Left, Right & Mid-supporting frames.
