Cabinet Dimensions and Installation Clearance Requirements


A 220 V AC cabinet consists of a -48 V DC cab binet and an EPU. When
installing a 220 V AC cabinet, ensure that a cle
earance of 100 mm or more is
reserved at the rear of the cabinet, whereas noo clearance needs to be
reserved at the rear of a -48 V DC cabinet. Thee following figure shows a 220
V AC cabinet

Installing the Base on the ESD Floor
There are two types of ESD floor supports: Tyype 1 and Type 2. Type 1 applies to versions earlier than
V100R009C00, GBTS V100R016C00, NodeB B V200R016C00, and eNodeB V100R006C00.Type 2 applies to
V100R009C00, GBTS V100R016C00, NodeB B V200R016C00, and eNodeB V100R006C00 as well as later
versions.

z For easy operations, remove the cabinet door before installing the cabinet, and do not re-install the door until the power-on

z In this document, the cable color and equipment appearance are

Installing Signal Cables

This section describes how to install inter-BBU signal cables in


n a triple-mode base
station configured with two BBUs
BBUs. Skip this section for other sccenarios

Installing RF Cables

z A -48 V DC cabinet and a 220 V AC cabinet are subject to the same installation requirements such as the
installation position. The following shows a -48 V DC cabinet as
a an example.
z If the inter-RFU RF signal cables are installed before the ca
abinet is delivered, only the cables on the
ANT_TX/RXA ports need to be installed, as shown in figure 1.

Install the cables sequentially from the top to bottom


and from both sides to the middle, as shown in Figure 2.

Waterproofing Outdoor Cables


1. Wrap three layers of waterproof tapes.
