job interest: Sù nhiÖt t×nh, tµi xoay së (resourcefulness) vµ ãc s¸ng kiÕn (initiative).
quality & quantity of work: Møc ®é ®Çu ra cña c«ng viÖc, tèc ®é vµ sù chÝnh x¸c cña c«ng
viÖc.
