Honorable Court most respectfully states:

1. That the Accused-Movant is presently charged for two (2)

counts of Theft and Estafa under the above-entitled cases;

2. That the bail recommended for her provisional liberty is Ten

Thousand (P10, 000.00) Pesos each in Criminal Cases Nos.: _____________ to
_____________; and Six Thousand (P6, 000.00) Pesos in Criminal Case No.:

3. That despite earnest efforts, the Accused-Movant could not

raised the said amount and for which reason, she is begging and appealing
to this Honorable Court to reduce the bail from Ten Thousand (P10,
000.00) Pesos to Five Thousand (P5, 000.00) Pesos each in Criminal Cases
Nos.: _____________to _____________; and from Six Thousand (P6, 000.00) to
Three Thousand (P3, 000.00) Pesos in Criminal Case No.: _____________;

4. That if the motion is granted, the Accused-Movant promises to

religiously and faithfully attend the proceedings whenever required by the

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of

this Honorable Court that the Accused’s Motion for Reduction of Bail be
