Collaboration with the City Mission

A three-year collaborative project with Linköping’s City
Mission continued in 2009. The purpose of this project
is to create employment and increase the proficiency
of people with some form of disability or handicap;
illiteracy for example. During the year, the participants
helped to carry out a review of the lighting in the area,
change the names on the signs in the stairwells, and
carry out some of the easier routine maintenance such as
applying oil to the garden furniture.

Living Socially Project

The Living Socially Project, in collaboration with the
social welfare office, continued in 2009. The aim is to
help people who do not satisfy the requirements set out
in the housing rental policy to find somewhere to live.
The social welfare office has around 150 individual

need this help. When the party concerned is deemed
