PAYROLL EXECUTIVE
General Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in related field such as Human Resources, Business Management or Business Administration
• Prior hands-on experience in payroll processes
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with HR systems and tools
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment
• Problem-solving and strategic-thinking skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel)

Duties & Responsibilities


• Provide effective and efficient administrative support related to recruitment and compensation.
• Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll and calculation of full and final pay.
• Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
• Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies, if any, by collecting and analyzing information.
• Provide payroll information by answering queries and requests.
• Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by strictly keeping information confidential.
• Prepare and update personnel files of the employees.
• Monitor staff attendance and generate periodic attendance reports.
• Assist in leave management including processing leave applications, updating leave trackers and maintain records.
• Work with ICT department in automating HR processes.
• Prepare correspondence related to employees and documentation related to employment changes.
• Any other assignments relevant to the job.
