TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Institute's examinations are governed by a number of policies and regulations. It is important
that candidates familiarize themselves with these prior to sitting for examinations. Can be
download from ICM's website.

2. Applications to enter the Institute's examinations constitute acceptance of the Institute of Capital
Markets Examination Regulations. As a minimum, candidates should read these regulations
(please check ICM's website) as these provide essential information on the conduct of the
examination and what the Institute requires of candidates.

3. Candidates are required to complete the Admission form in all respects. Please clearly mark "N/A"
to all columns which are Not Applicable. The form and all required documents should be
completed prior to the examination.

4. Please note, all identification needs to be valid i.e. the date on the identification must not have
expired.

a. The identification that candidates bring to their examination must bear the exact name
that their examination has been booked under. If the name on a candidates’ identification
does not match the name that their examination was booked under, they will not be
allowed to sit.
b. Candidates must show proof of their identity (other than the entry acknowledgement
letter) to any ICM examination official who requests it.
c. Candidates must bring to the examination the identification (photo identity), with a
photograph (that resemble your current appearance), name, and signature, and their

 confirmation letter of registration;
d. ICM’s acceptable identity verification documents are Computerized National Identity Card
(CNIC), Passport and Driving License only.
e. In all cases, ID should be original. Photocopies are not acceptable in any case.
