Listening

FORMATO

Duración: 8-10 minutos para ambos candidatos o 13-15 minutos si

son tres candidatos pasan la prueba a la vez. Contiene 2 tareas, cada
una de las cuales se divide condicionalmente en dos fases. La primera
tarea dura 3-4 minutos, la segunda, hasta 6 minutos. El examinador
hace primero preguntas generales y luego más detalladas. En la
segunda parte, los examinados trabajan con una imagen y luego,
como en la primera parte, responden alternativamente las preguntas
del examinador relacionadas con el tema de la segunda tarea.

Los criterios de evaluación permanecieron iguales, las respuestas se

evalúan mediante 5 parámetros:

1. Interacción con un compañero (lenguaje funcional);

2. Usando vocabulario ( Lista de palabras para KET con traducción
al ruso);
3. Usando gramática (gramática general);
4. Tasa de habla
5. Registro y adecuación : si se usan expresiones específicas del
lenguaje hablado que sean apropiadas para el tema de la tarea,
qué vocabulario formal / informal se usa, etc.).

PARTE 1

KET Speaking parte 1 se puede dividir en dos partes, la primera de

las cuales implica una respuesta corta a la pregunta, mientras que en
la segunda parte debe dar una respuesta detallada. La nueva versión
del examen tiene más interacción entre los socios, más y más
libertad para responder.

Fase 1
La primera parte en la que necesita dar una respuesta simple de una
oración.

«What’s your name?»

«My name is Maria»

«What’s your surname?»

«It's Ivanova»

«How do you spell your surname?»

«That's I-V-A-N-O-V-A»

«How old are you?»

«I'm 10, but I'm going to be 11 soon.»

«What's your date of birth?»

«I was born on the twenty-fifth of April»

«Where do you live?»

«I live in Moscow.»

«Where are you from?»

«I'm from Russia.»

«What’s your nationality?»

«I'm Russian.»

Fase 2
La segunda parte está estructurada para que los candidatos se turnen
para responder las preguntas del examinador. Las preguntas de dos
tipos son abiertas y cerradas. En la versión anterior del examen, se le
pidió al candidato que hablara sobre un tema, ahora sobre un tema se
le harán dos preguntas cerradas, y en el segundo, dos cerradas y una
abierta.
Las preguntas cerradas significan respuestas cortas.

" Ahora, hablemos de pasatiempos. 

«Now, let's talk about hobbies. 

What hobbies do you enjoy doing in your spare time?»

«Well, I like skiing in the mountains with my family and skating with
friends.»

«Where do you do your favourite activities?»

«Park is my favourite place because I can skate there with my
friends.»

«How often do you do your favourite hobby?»

«I skate every day in summer, but in winter I can't skate because it

snows.»

«What hobbies do other people in your family enjoy?»

«Mom loves cooking and reading, dad goes fishing sometimes. We all
love skiing in the mountains as I said.»

Una pregunta abierta, a la que debe dar una respuesta detallada de

tres o más oraciones:

«Tell me something about a hobby that you enjoy doing.»

«I like playing basketball too. I usually play basketball twice a week,

sometimes we play basketball at school. Our school team even won a
championship last year, but I didn't take part in that game because I
was on holidays in France.»

PART 2
En la segunda parte del examen oral KET Speaking parte 2, como en
la segunda parte de PET, se evalúan sus habilidades de comunicación,
por lo tanto, en mi opinión, es más difícil que KET Speaking parte 1 y
la versión anterior de KET Speaking parte 2: trabaja en parejas y
debe usar el vocabulario correcto , pero a diferencia de PET Speaking
parte 2, usted y el interlocutor no necesitan llegar a una conclusión o
llegar a un consenso, sino que solo expresan una opinión sobre el
tema propuesto.

Consejos
  En esta parte en la que se evalúa la interacción con el
compañero, hable con él, pero de tal manera que el
examinador pueda escucharlo.
 Intente discutir todas las imágenes propuestas en la
tarea, también puede complementar la respuesta con sus
ideas, pero no olvide el tema de la tarea. Recuerde que la
tarea es expresar una opinión sobre lo que se presenta
en la imagen, y no sobre deportes / vacaciones en
general.
 Intento exitoso:

 Question: «Do you like these different places in town?» (Look

at the picture below.)

 Answer:

 Candidate B «The sport center because I like playing footbal

and going swimming. It's exciting to go there. What about
you?»

 Candidate A «I like shopping in the shopping center. It doesn't

matter what the weather is like you can go there any time.
There is a new game shop which sells a lot of computer
games.»

 Unsuccessful attempt:

 Question: «Do you like these different places in town?»

 Answer: «I love my town. There are a lot of places to go. I

usually go to the park to have a picnic with my family or
friends. I also go to the swimming pool ...»


 Escuche atentamente lo que dice la otra persona,
muestre interés en la conversación. Trate de comentar
las respuestas del interlocutor. Haga preguntas sobre
sus preferencias.

Successful attempt:

Candidate A «In summer I like going to the park because I like

playing tennis outside. It's relaxing.»

Candidate B «Yes, I like that too! Do you ever go to the cinema?»

Candidate A «Not much. I think it's a bit boring and expensive...»

Unsuccessful attempt:

Candidate A «In summer I like going to the park because I like

playing tennis outside. It's relaxing.»

Candidate B «I don't like going to the swimming pool, I can't swim.»

 Necesita mantener una conversación durante 1-2

minutos.

Intento exitoso:

Candidate A «Where do you like going in town?»

Candidate B «The sport center because I like playing footbal and

going swimming. It's exciting to go there. What about you?»

Candidate A «I like shopping in the shopping center. It doesn't

matter what the weather is like you can go there any time. There is a

 Durante la conversación, mire al interlocutor, no al

examinador.
 Si no entiende al interlocutor, use la pregunta
aclaratoria.

 Successful attempt:

 «Pardon?» (Что, простите?)

 «Sorry?» (Извините?)

 «Can you say that again?» (Можете повторить вопрос?)

 Unsuccessful attempt:

 «I don’t understand.» (Я не понимаю.)

 «What?» (Что?!) – потому что это прозвучит грубо

 «Please?» (Пожалуйста?)

 «I didn’t hear.» (Я не слышал)

 Cuando exprese una opinión sobre una imagen o

responda una pregunta adicional de un examinador,
intente explicar su elección. Úselo, porque o por eso, por
ejemplo:
 Successful attempt:
 Question: «So, what do you think is the best place in this town
to meet friends?» (Look at the picture below.)
 Answer: «I think the park is the best place to meet friends
because there are a lot of things to do there.»
 Unsuccessful attempt:
 Question: «So, what do you think is the best place in this town
to meet friends?» (Look at the picture below.)
 Answer: «The park is the best place.»

 Starting and asking your partner:
