PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The role of the DSG Team in SPACE primarily involves release management, build
management and change management. This team liaisons between Space Dev Team
and Test team to enable various releases, installs, operating fixes or change requests.

TOOLS:

AMDOCS Clarify 12.5(Thick Client), UNIX, Telelogic SYNERGY, Apache Tomcat, JSP,
HTML, ORACLE – SQL & PLSQL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for monitoring environments and tuxedo application server.

based on Clarify workflow package. NEO provides both Service Fulfillment (Order
Management) and Service Assurance (proactive and reactive Fault
Management) capabilities/process within BT.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Designing of framework for automation testing of order management process flow.
