Verily, Wilayat e-Ameer ul Momineen Ali (as) is the Khair-il-ammal as mentioned in PARWAZ DAR MALKOOT.
But it really surprises me when people give priority to ammal (such as
namaz, roza etc.) over khair-il-ammal, by saying that expressing
shahadaat-e-salassa is not allowed (nauzo billah) in ammal.
One
should make this point clear in his mind that namaz (or any other
ammal) can only be an act of righteousness if it contains
Ali-un-waliullah in its content. Is there any logic to exclude the testimony of some one who himself is “Namaz”?
I declare that reciting Ali-un-waliullah in namaz is compulsory.Following is the summary of some of the references from
Quran....
1. Surah Al-Muarij
“And
those who are upright in their testimonies, and those who keep a guard
on their prayer, those shall be in garden, honoured.”
Now if we analyse this quranic verse through Arabic dictionary we will come to know that “shahadaat”
is a plural which refers to 3 testimonies, not 2 testimonies. So this
made one thing clear that shahadaat-e-salassa (three testimonies) is
compulsory according to quran and its expression is mandatory for all
momineen.
Now
the second problem is who are referred in this verse.well if you would
have read my article on “Khilafat-e-Imam Ali (as)” you would have known
that in Surah Al-Maida (verse # 55) Allah Said:
“Your wali is Allah and His prophet and the Momin who offers his prayers and gives alms to needy in state of Rakuu.”
This Quranic verse refers to H.Ali (as) who gave his ring to a needy while he was in Rakuu in Masjid-e-Nabvi. This made
it crystal clear that Wilayat-e-Imam Ali (as) is compulsory in every act (namaz, roza etc.)
2. Surah Al Maida:
3. Surah Fatir:
And I believe this type of Kalama does not reach or is not accepted
by God Almighty as he only accepts the shahadat (witness) which consists of 3
or more Kalmas.
Now let's see how Imam Jafar e Sadiq (AS) explains the words "Al Kelam Al
Tayyab"
Reference:
The above is an absolutely clear and undeniable proof that we should all recite
not just in Kalma, Aazaan and Aqamah as compulsory part but also in (Tashahud)
Namaz as an integral part.
4. Surah-e-Shakir (verse #
25)
"And those who break the covenant of Allah after its confirmation
and cut asunder that which Allah has ordered to be joined and make mischief in
the land; (as for) those, upon them shall be curse and they shall have the evil
(issue) of the abode."

In the end I will conclude my article with a saying of Imam Ali Raza (AS).
He said:
"God Almighty has said that he will NOT ACCEPT anyone's acts of worship unless he stands witness
to Maula Ali's Wilayat with Prophet's (pbuh & hp) Risalat".
