Financial and operating highlights for the three months


ended March 31, 2019:

 Revenue reached INR 2,258.4 million (USD 32.7


million).
 Adjusted Revenue (1) increased to INR 2,443.4
million (USD 35.3 million), representing an increase of
17.5% YOY.
 Adjusted Revenue (1) from Hotels and
Packages decreased to INR 440.7 million (USD 6.4
million), representing a decrease of 12.1% YOY.

 Organizational structure of Yatra


 Yatra as a company follows Functional Organizational Structure (according to the group)
 Let us first understand what this type of Organizational structure is and its features. A
functional organizational chart reflects a traditional business structure. This structure
shows the C-Suite (CEO) and other top management at the higher level, followed by
other senior management, middle managers, and so on.
 As one can see from the diagram above, Yatra is headed by the board of directors,
followed by the middle management that mostly includes the department heads. The
advantage that can be clearly seen is that there is more specialization, as a result of
which the work turns out to be exceptional quality. However, this also gives rise to a
disadvantage as the company might sometimes concentrate too much on their
functional goals rather than working as one strong unit.
