SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

(Lease of Condominium Unit)

I, NAME, Filipino, of legal age, resident of ______________________________ do hereby nominate,

constitute and appoint, _____________________, Filipino, of legal age, resident of
____________________________ as my attorney in my name and on my behalf to do or execute all or
any of the following acts or things in connection with the Lease of my condominium unit with address at
____________________________________, which unit is registered under my name:

1. To let lease the whole of the said condominium unit on such terms and conditions as the said
attorney-in-fact in his absolute discretion thinks fit, accept surrender of possession from such
tenant, lessee, or other occupier, and to take possession of the same.

2. To execute and deliver on my behalf any Lease Agreement as may be necessary for letting,
leasing or licensing the said condominium unit.

3. To maintain, repair, and do other acts and things to keep the said condominium unit in good
repair and condition.

4. To pay and settle all claims and fees on the said condominium unit and any utilities installed
therein which are due and payable by me as the Lessor/Owner.

5. To collect and receive from the tenants and occupiers of the said condominium unit all rent and
other fees that may be due, in cash or in checks issued in his name, and to take and perform all
lawful proceedings for recovery of the said sums, including the institution or filing any collection
cases in any judicial/administrative/criminal proceedings, with the authority to sign and execute
any pleadings, motions, or documents including the required Verification and Certification
forms;

6. To name, appoint, authorize, and constitute any person to be their lawful substitute attorney-in-
fact/authorized representative, to do and perform all acts which the attorney-in-fact is
authorized to do pursuant to the authority herein granted;

7. To do such any other act or thing that may be required necessary or incidental to carry out
effectively any and all of the purposes for which this authority is hereby given;

And I hereby agree to ratify and confirm all and whatsoever attorney shall do cause to be done by virtue
of these presents.
