ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
ABSTRACT
The survey was only for the learning activity rather than doing actual research. The main
objective was to learn that people at all the level of the organization do have some leadership
quality which will develop as and when they grow in their organization.
The Method adopted to do the study was a random questionnaire consisting 16 questions which
was filled by the executives, managers and business head of the organization.
The employees are goal oriented leaders and the company should focus on employees by giving
them chance to participate in giving the inputs about the task handled and suggestions if any
changes can be done. Implementing it or not it totally depends on the leader of the group.
OBJECTIVE
Leadership is activity by which people become aware of ways and to develop new values and
goals which are in greater accord with their current capacities and ultimate potentials.
METHODOLOGY
Once the sample size was estimated, the survey was conducted in Apnapaisa and then the results
were tabulated and statistical analysis were done.

to take an informed decision by providing a comprehensive comparison facility thus simplifying
Consumers save substantial time and money by using Apnapaisa's comparison engine for a
wide range of products like home loans, personal loans, car loans, business loans, credit cards
and insurance products like life insurance (term plans, ULIP and traditional endowment and
children Plans), and general insurance policies (health, car, travel).

The turnover of Apnapaisa is about Rs 2.35 crore. There are total of about 58 employees working
for Apnapaisa. The company started in September 2006.

implement their ideas and suggestions.

CONCLUSION
In the above study I have found that most of the employees are encourageable and participative
in their work. If any task assigned to them then they will surely be able to lead the work they
have undertaken. Also they do posses leadership quality which will get more improved as they
move upwards in their life.
There is no to any of their problems they face. From the above sample questionnaire it comes to
know that they will do their assigned work in whatever conditions.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Also the employees can be informed about conditions affecting their jobs must encourage
expressing their ideas, making suggestions and taking actions.
