Standard Operating Procedure Manual – Attraction Admin
Login
Login Page of GIE Web App, User can login with username and password.

Dashboard
In Dashboard page reports related to the attraction are displayed.4 reports will be available on
dashboard.

1. Average duration of stay in the attraction by visitors(date wise).


2. Average duration of time spent by visitors in HotSpots.

3. Number of users who downloaded the content On Site and users who downloaded the content
Off Site.
4. Is the visitor through a tour company or a private visitor.

Account Details

The Attraction admin will be able to view the attraction’s account details but cannot edit the same.
It provides details of the Account - account name, description, address, type of account, date of
subscription, license duration and license expiry date.

It provides details of the attraction admin - firstname, lastname, username, email and phone.
User Management
This page lists the users registered with the account.Attraction admin can add a new user, edit an
existing user details, Activate/Inactivate a user.

Click here to Add User.


To add a new user Choose User Role, Enter First Name, Last Name,User Name, Password, Email
and Phone. Check user name entered is available using the Check Availability option.

Attraction Details
Attraction admin can edit the details of an existing attraction.
1. Attraction admin can edit the Name and Description.

2. User can upload image files in .jpg or .png format, upload a video file in .mp4 format, edit
the attraction timings, edit the address, map URL, track distance, Attraction
type(Indoor/Outdoor).

Attraction admin can also edit currency type, edit the Attraction pricing( for adults,
children, students) and upload attraction guide in pdf format.
Manage Maps
Attraction admin can edit the location of the attraction by providing the longitude and latitude.

Health & safety


Attraction admin can view, add, edit and activate/inactivate health & safety instructions. Health
and safety instructions can be of type standard or scheduled.

Attraction admin can add Health and safety instructions by providing instruction title, description
and instruction type as standard/Scheduled.
Attraction admin can add Health and safety instructions by giving instruction title, description and
instruction type as standard/Scheduled. If user chooses instruction type as "Scheduled" then user
has to choose Spot Type,Spot Name,From date and To date.

Exit survey
Attraction admin can add Exit Survey questions, Edit an existing survey question and delete a
survey question.Attraction admin can add 3 types of exit survey questions.

1. Text.
2. Choice based(yes / no).
3. Satisfaction level(Scale of 1 to 5). 

Attraction admin can also enter the time period after which exit survey form should be sent to the
visitors.

Attraction admin can add a Question by entering the question and choosing the question type
from the drop down.
Hotspot
Attraction admin can add new hotspot, view and edit an existing hotspot.
Click here to Add Hotspot.

Attraction admin has to enter the basic info of the hotspot – Hotspot Name, description, radius of
hotspot, upload image files in .jpg or .png format (Multiple files can be uploaded), upload video
files in .mp4 format (Multiple files can be uploaded), upload guide for hotspot in pdf format.
Attraction admin should add the location of the hotspot by providing hotspot longitude and
latitude.They should also specify a title and description for the marker.Marker title and description
will be used in Manage Maps section.
Admin can edit, add and view the AR Content details. Content type should be ARContent / Image /
Audio / Video. In this section Attraction admin can perform content upload based on coordinates
We can display related content in GIE mobile app when 2D Image is scanned.Attraction admin
should choose the Type as Image Scan, Enter a Name,upload the 2D Image in .jpg format,Choose
related content type from the dropdown.
It can be AR Content, Image, Video, Audio.
For Image - upload an image in .jpg or .png format.
For Video - upload a video in .mp4 format.
For Audio - upload a audio in .mp3 format.
For AR Content - upload AR file of type .fbx for Android and upload AR file of type .dae for IOS.

Outlets
Attraction admin can view, add, edit and activate/inactivate the Outlet details
Click here to add Outlet details.

Under Register Shop Details, Attraction admin should enter the details of the shop - Store Name,
Description of the shop, Location of the shop (Longitude and Latitude), Maximum Occupancy, Type
of store(Food & Beverage/Retail), Upload Image in .jpg or .png format, shop is attraction managed
or owned by third party vendor.
Attraction admin can add new item, view and edit an existing item.

Attraction admin can add an item by providing details such as choose the product category from
the drop down, Name and Description of the product, cost, upload image in .jpg or .png format,
upload video in .mp4 format.

Promotion
Attraction admin can view the list of promotions for outlets within the attraction. Attraction admin
can add a new promotion, edit an existing promotion, Activate/Inactivate an existing promotion,
push a promotion which will be received by visitors as a notification(subject to promotion rules
applied).

Attraction admin can add a promotion by providing the Promotion Name and Description, Type of
store(Food&Beverage/Retail), Store Name from the drop down list, choose the product category,
product name.
Attraction Admin can view the list of rules for a promotion, add/edit rule for an existing promotion,
Deactivate rule for an existing promotion.

Click here to add promotion rules.


(i)Attraction Admin can add/edit a promotion rule by providing Promotion Rule Name, Offer
Percentage in decimal, Dates valid from and valid to.Filters of Age, Gender, Countries can also be
applied for a promotion.If no filters are to be applied then Apply To All can be checked.Click on Get
button to generate a Promo Code.

(ii)Attraction Admin can add group promotional offers(Optional).Attraction admin should check the
"Group Offers" checkbox, provide group percentage,select the tour companies or groups for which
the group offer applies.Click on Get button to generate a Group Promo Code.
FAQ
For each attraction, attraction admin can add frequently asked questions.In this section, FAQ for a
given attraction are displayed.Attraction admin can add, edit, delete a frequently asked question
for an attraction.
Click Add button to add a FAQ.
Choose a Category from dropdown, Enter the frequently asked question and answer.

Retail and Food Offers


Retail & Food offers statistics provides details of the retail and food offers viewed by
visitors.Attraction admin can view the report in graphical view and also use the “Export to Excel”
option to generate an excel file.
Visitor
Attraction Admin can view the details of visitors at the attraction. Name, email, age, mobile
number and country of the visitor will be displayed.They can generate a report in excel based on
time period(today, weekly, monthly).

Exit Survey
Attraction Admin can view the exit survey feedback provided by the visitors for the attraction.They
can use the search option to filter by Name, Question, Question Type.They can generate a report
in excel based on time period(today, weekly, monthly).
Shared Content
Shared Content report provides details of content shared by visitors on social media from GIE
mobile app. Attraction admin can view the report in grid view or they can use the “Export to Excel”
option to generate an excel file.
