Pressure Automatic Rubber Roll Husker

Highly automatic and high capacity of De Hushing & Separation rice machines are
supplied from us. These machines are utilized extensively for rice processing and
separation This machine is an automatic rubber roller husker and newly developed. It's
highly automatic with good capacity. As an updated machine for rice processing, it’s
resulted from advanced techniques and so easy and convenient for use.
The sensor is used to test the material level. There is a feed machine. When the material
reaches a certain level, the machine will be turned on automatically. The feed gate will be
opened and the husker will begin to work. If the material is discontinued or below the set
leveL, the gate will be closed and the machine will be turned off automatically and stop
working. The material will be feed by means of vibration, which can ensure the even
layer and flow of the material on the shedding plate, and keep stable the length and
direction of the rubber rollers as well as the husking rate.
The air pressure is employed to adjust the rollers. The pressure between the rollers is
even with less undulation, which helps stabilize the husking rate. As the rubber rollers
wear out, the long shedding plate can automatically trace and orient toward the target
area between the two rollers till the rubber layer is used up.
The change gearbox is used to adjust the speed in order to get the optimum technical
parameters.

Rice Husker
Husk or hull is the outer hard protective covering of the rice which cannot be consumed
by human beings. Husking is the process by which outer husk of the rice is removed by
using rice husker machine. During milling operations when the outer husk of the rice is
removed it creates brown rice. The continuation of the process results in the creation of
white rice.

Features
Rice husker machine has the following features:

• It is easy to operate machine.

• Due to its small size, it takes less space for the operation.
• It consists of rollers, separator, weight pressing rollers etc.
• Speed of the roller is adjustable.
• Normally the rice husker has air cooling system.
• Some of the rice husker machines also have pneumatic control system.

Mechanical Operations
In the husking machine the paddy or rice is fed into a husking chamber. The rollers in the
chamber moves in the opposite direction with different speeds. The paddy is husked
when it is passed between the rollers. The pneumatic control system in some of the
husker machine ensures a uniform husking ratio. The rice so husked is discharged into
the aspirator which separates the brown rice, husk and immature grains. The separated
grains are then separately discharged by the screw conveyors.

Rice Whitener
Whitening and white rice polishing rice machines take all types of rice and further give
them lustrous appearance that have high demand in the market.
It is mainly used for a complete set of 50 ton per day, suited for brown rice Whitening
and white rice polishing. As using workmanship of blowing wind and suction bran, with
little crushed rice and husk, clean surface of polished rice and high rate of polished rice
and high rate of polished rice.

GRADING
Rice Grading machines are utilized for complete rice extracting process. Rice graders of
high efficiency and high capacity adopt numerous layers structure and work to grade rice
to the utmost.
White Polished Rice Sorting Sieve uses the difference between broken rice and complete
rice and makes them take overlapping and revolving motion on plane revolving sieve and
friction pushing and form automatic grading. Being adapted two to three times complete
rice extracting process at three layers to four layers equipment, the grading effect is
better.

A supply chain is a system of organizations, people, technology, activities, information
and resources involved in moving a product or service from supplier to customer. Supply
chain activities transform natural resources, raw materials and components into a finished
product that is delivered to the end customer. In sophisticated supply chain systems, used
products may re-enter the supply chain at any point where residual value is recyclable.
Supply chains link value chains.
Supply chain management (SCM) is the oversight of materials, information, and finances
as they move in a process from supplier to manufacturer to wholesaler to retailer to
consumer. Supply chain management involves coordinating and integrating these flows
both within and among companies.
The primary objective of supply chain management is to fulfill customer demands
through the most efficient use of resources, including distribution capacity, inventory and
labor. In theory, a supply chain seeks to match demand with supply and do so with the
minimal inventory. Various aspects of optimizing the supply chain include liaising with
suppliers to eliminate bottlenecks; sourcing strategically to strike a balance between
lowest material cost and transportation, implementing JIT (Just In Time) techniques to
optimize manufacturing flow; maintaining the right mix and location of factories and
warehouses to serve customer markets, and using location/allocation, vehicle routing
analysis, dynamic programming and, of course, traditional logistics optimization to
maximize the efficiency of the distribution side.
At Shakti Rice Mills the raw material is purchased from the local mandis and the farmers
are chosen from the quality of paddy they offer. The rice is processed and send to the
different commission agents who sell it under their brand name only i.e. om and double
deer all over the country. The rice is also sold to government Food Corporation of India.
After these steps finally the rice reaches the consumers.
