Introduction to Globalization
It is known that globalization is an bigger issues, which every country or group of forum discuss
on par for developing business environment .There are varied opinions or meaning in
determining the term and it definition to a particular extent. In this assignment, we would be
discussing different issues and its mobility constraints for better environment consideration .In
general terms, globalization can be termed as the combined force of differing elements, where in
countries dependence are more in positive point of view in putting forward best communication
path with rest of the world. In order to know the process of getting clear economic order, this
paves major way for integration in between trade barrier and factor of better mobility and rate of
exchange can be taken up in clear case of production. Having due reduction in movement of
goods and other production factor pave way for allocative efficiency in a global and national
economy level. Due to varied ways of getting innovative communication, which provide impetus
for a progressive integration for nations in pushing aside geographical barriers? It is in constant
debate that globalization is majorly driven by flow of market and technology which it comes to
use as a result of conscious discussion.

Analysing Globalization in Indian business

In terms of globalization has taken shape in a slow and steady manner, as it has the process of
collating all products of different countries at a global market level. It is been known that
globalization has the possibility of movement of goods and services and other capital movement
in terms of labor and moving up of technology ,which brought a greater developed economical
integration at a closer level. It is also known that movement of these policy decisions in a
developing countries are majorly done through liberal following and increased openness of trade
and benefit process .In other way it also gives out a simplest growth and expansion in trade at
international level and other factors of productions. It also known that level of economics inter
connections and prime mover for better fabric of consideration in a diverse world .The needs to
be considering that different conflicting behaviour environment, which are more culture, political

and social development process. Apart from that globalization also indicates the flow of ideas,
norms, information’s and peoples.

It is been known from the very business variance, the business environment success merely
depends upon on the functional statistics. There has been a major change in government policies
and other business considerations which make up greater level of policy deliverance. The change
in technological aspects and other existing product absolute have been replaced by mere use of
old phased typewriters and other colour television made out of black and white fashion.

Again a change in the fashion or customer experience changes depending upon the change in the
demand for particular product in a market .There are some other external factors which would
help in providing better business control. There need to be a change in addictiveness to get good
business to survive. There needs to be a clear understanding feature for better business
environment and it nature at various components.[ CITATION Ali07 \l 1033 ]

Frameworks and theories

There has been a sea change in the business environment in India due to globalization policy,
which has made up a greater level of change in economic policies of government .At the time of
independence there has been a greater change in Indian economy and basic level of industrial
base need to be taken up .To have a greater speed growth and solve economic problems steps
were taken .These steps taken by the government of India has made out major growth at all
industrial level and was able to solve socio –economic problems in state run industries and
economic planning for reduced role in private sector. There has been greater level of functioning
measures at the private sector level and other major prospective initiative tendencies. Due to
these efforts, it has been found out that different measure which is in controlled way make up a
better methodology for private sector enterprise .It has been noted that there has been greater
national product level growth at a net profit level and based per capita income which make up a
greater speedy growth at all level of industry sustenance. It made up a market with increased
level government based exchange configuration and crisis during eighties. Having seen better
results of Indian growth at greater pace, it would be better to formulate policies which are best of
maintenance at 1991. The policy formulated at that time for economic was scrapped and new
method economic prospective schemes were introduced. This scheme gave major role to private
investment in different industries and need to be carried out at any level of public sector entity
for better economic considerations. There was separate board which looked after the needs and
consideration for India development mechanism.Throught this assignment, it would bring major
prospective development in various cross cultural scenarios and other effective economic based
development .The major three scenarios based contribution can be made out having approaches
as
A) Liberalisation
B) Privatisation
C) Globalization [ CITATION NAN04 \l 1033 ]
www.assignmentwritingindia.com

Liberalisation: It can be termed as the phenomenon in process for removing unnecessary issues
of control and other work based ethical consideration for better process control and smooth
functioning of a business enterprise. It includes issues like removing licensing process in
industrial set up and maintains a clear freedom for business activities and fixing better price on
goods and service activity in flexible approach and simplifying procedure to take up better
logistics support of import and export based considerations.

By taking method of liberalization economy, in Indian point based view has opened up greater
level of interactive mechanism at a bigger way .This resulted in a greater way of entry level of
business basic and other foreign business level organizations support basic and resulted in better
stiff competition and world level of efficiency consideration for good. As the time passed there
has been a high growth level possibility in goods and other activities for a healthy and better
market level stock and high level exchange of foreign reserve and other strong basic support
level relations.[ CITATION Ani05 \l 1033 ]

Privatisation

It has been mentioned that reducing role for public sector has made up greater level of private
sector activity considerations. There has been change in the policy based reform around 1991 as
the expansion of public sector undertaking has made up grouse level of literal growth at major
halt in private sector and other registered fast growth liberalised period .These issues include all
level of privatisation.

1. There has been greater reduction in reserves of industry at the public sector which is from
17 to 8 and other introductive period of reserve area at a competition level price
prospects.
2. The change in shares for selected public sector utility and other basic industrial
enterprise are made up for major resource based to encourage wider participation at an
general public and other workers based ownership business prospects.
www.assignmentwritingindia.com
3. There has been a major improvement in better performance management for MOU and
other system level autonomy, which held accountable for major specific growth oriented
approach.
In India there has been greater prospects of phase change in terms of liberalisation and have seen
widespread growth in call major expansive private sector business level .There needs to be a
perfect idea of emulating facts at better capital level employed feature and tops the best in all
private sector companies ground at around Rs 1.39,000 to Rs 2.34,000 in an year of 1994-95
with an expansion growth of 68%. [ CITATION Dar08 \l 1033 ]

Globalisation

It has been known that globalization needs to have a better integrating economical growth at
wider prospective range in world economy basic .It implies that free prospects of goods and
services needs to be analysed based on the capital and technological labour based boundary
approach .In order to attain best possible approach which an government would adopt at various
levels of application like of reduction in duties and removal of approach at an restriction phase
and also considering foreign technology based considerations at an higher level. The measure
need to achieve better high growth prospects and enlargement based at enlarging employment
potential and decreasing in reduction in regional changes.

Legal and political environment

There has been a greater level of political mis management issues taken up at major aspect based
approach and applications and it would dominantly assume all the frameworks and analysis for
better study on the objective need to be considered. To have a clear general outlook for these
features, there has been change in scenario based prospective approach which would help in
providing an application in a methodical way of getting due political risk and tend to make up
greater themes around .The basic prospective consideration taken up as the case study and other
major analysis aspects are of contiguous and give a clear approach. There has been change in the
way these issue considerations need to be taken up for better growth aspect at various levels of
growth chain. There has been some confusion in place for better surround based approach and
www.assignmentwritingindia.com
other major political risk which has to be taken up in a better way. But, even due to change in
prospective approach still there has been multi based output transition at end user level for
development of economist level authors and scientist and business analyst based approach. In
order to have a clear disagreement or conflicts based on the terms of the objective of the study
which needs to be taken up provides us a greater level of stability, continuity and other change in
integration approach ,integrity through rule of law and providing better transparent and clear
governance at greater level. The themes, which need to be taken out, are of literature work
carried out at various levels due to political risk and separate degree of emphasis on difference in
terms of assessing terms of weighting and measurement options.[ CITATION NAN04 \l 1033 ]

Sectors and Industries likely to attract FDI

When formulating better policy options at major way to attract direct investment based output at
a major level new prospects needed to be considered. At a higher level of FDI, there needs to be
clear level of affirmation of work level economic policies and other policy based model
framework for better implementations at greater level of approval for better economic growth of
health and other positive aspect in countries. There is a real change in global competitive
approach for an FDI to taken up. [ CITATION Ali07 \l 1033 ]

According to data provided by the

UNCTAD in the year 2007, India reported
to have been emerged as second best and
one of the most attention-grabbing
objectives for FDI as china which was
holding before and lead to US, Russia and
Brazil.[ CITATION Nay00 \l 1033 ]
It has been known that FDI has some
limited prospective resource to finance at
an external level of reserve building up in
an Indian level. The prospective approach Figure 2 FDI flows into India[ CITATION Dan08 \l 1033 ]
www.assignmentwritingindia.com
towards FDI has brought a major sea change in aspect of working of economic assets within a
few decades. There has been considerable change in the liberal policies which would attract
better investment options and other basic level foreign based output approach to have a clear
approach in multi national companies (MNC’s). As per change in expectations at an foreign level
MNCs would raise better employment and other exports and tax revenue knowledge based
output at foreign companies are split over lot host and domestic based firms .To overcome the
major level prospective expectations at an MNCs, it gives out better change in employment, tax
revenue and some other knowledge based approach having a lowered level of entry barriers and
open up new frontiers in investment basic. There has been in increase in number of government
based initiative which provides better forms of investment incentives and encourage a whole
foreign owned companies at there own level of jurisdictions. This change in fiscal level profit
approach lot incentive tax holidays and other major tax exemptions in terms of foreign investors
and other incentive approach need to be taken up at a preferential loan based MNC’s level and
make up a better market measure with preferences and other monopoly rights.[ CITATION
Vit09 \l 1033 ]

There has been an overall benefit approach in developing countries economy which can be well
documented and provided with a best and appropriate host country policy based approach. There
has been a major pre post study on the changing scenarios need to be taken up at basic level for
FDI and creating well competitive environment ,which gives the possibility of enhancing trade
and integrity and provide a best market level growth and alleviate better poverty based concepts
at major developing countries. Beyond this basic prospective approach FDI needs to take help in
providing better environmental setup and lead to better corporate policies.[ CITATION Vit09 \l

Investment Figure 3: FDI inflow details[ CITATION Jos09 \l 1033 ] Incentives and FDI

It has been mentioned in as a hypothesis suggesting organizing to struggle productively in a

foreign market, a firm must acquire some amount of ownership-specific property in knowledge,
technology, organization, management, or marketing skills. A firm blessed with such assets has
several alternative ways to claim rents that they will yield in foreign markets, including
subsidiary, management contracts, marketing contracts, and turnkey contracts. Of these,
subsidiary production and joint ventures involve varying degrees of foreign presence, and force
firm to decide where to locate their foreign activity. Until recently, there was strong consensus in
literature about why multinationals invest in specific locations as per researchers Dunning, 1993,
Gloveman and Shapiro, 1999, and Shapiro and Gloveman, 2001.they viewed MNCs are mainly
attracted by strong economic fundamentals in host economies. The most important of these are
market size and the level of real income, with skill levels in the host economy, the availability of
infrastructure and other resources that facilitate efficient specialization of production, trade
policies, and political and macroeconomic stability as other central determinants. This hierarchy
of host country characteristics largely assumed that FDI was market-seeking; it was recognized
that foreign investors seeking an export base would be less focused on local market size and
more concerned about the relative cost of production. Still, investment incentives were seen as
relatively minor determinants of FDI decisions. While they might tilt the investment decision in
favour of one of several otherwise similar investment locations, the effects were considered only
marginal.[ CITATION Nay00 \l 1033 ]
www.assignmentwritingindia.com
As per government India work outlook which takes up a comprehensive review on the FDI
policy and other related procedural map up in 2006.There has been a lot of measures and
consideration taken up at graduate level for better attractive destination prospects in an FDI.
There has been some key policy measure which needs to be taken up in sector which are new in
new prospects and provide better approvals in all government and other regulatory agency based
work ethics and providing better automatic route to more sectors.[ CITATION Rod96 \l 1033 ]

According to current policy, under automatic method of giving a path FDI up to 100 percent is
allowed in most sectors and activities. No prior approval from Government of India or Reserve
Bank of India (RBI) is required for FDI under automatic route. Investors are only required to
notify the concerned Regional office of RBI within 30 days of receipt of inward remittances and
file required documents with that office within 30 days of issue of shares to foreign investors.
[ CITATION Jos09 \l 1033 ]

It has been considered as for some sectors ,there needs to be a pathway for better limits and
conditions on equity flow .Taking an example on transport service level which has no restrictions
in terms of NRI based investment level support .The limit of sector on insurance process has
major growth level automatic path way .In a single brand level product based retailing
mechanism there’s always a major quantitative approach on retail trade and brand product
retailing and other energy developing standards. There’s always an activities on FDI level which
allow a best route on relaxation of FDI norms and other major breakthrough consideration to
attract FDI inflows at a bigger prospective scope and output generous pace. India’s has made up
an innermost FDI having a huge or least big than what currently receives. [ CITATION Ven97 \l
1033 ]

It is this final point that generates a strange paradox for political risk analysts: while political risk
is obviously a function of political activity in domestic settings, it is increasingly experienced as
a function of globalization and interdependence, where, on the one hand, globalization promotes
the emergence of functional interdependence, transnational regimes and the increasing
standardization of international norms and rule governed behavior, but, on the other hand, where
the depth of these regimes and interdependence is not so extensive that it reverses the dominance
www.assignmentwritingindia.com
of sovereignty as a juridical reality in the administration of the national polis, society and
economy. The intersection for transponder activities which are profitable and non-commercial
amid constant self-government, stand for one of most important causal agents responsible for
generating Political risk.[ CITATION Vit09 \l 1033 ]

In somewhat circular fashion, the evolution of approaches to political risk assessment and
measurement thus seem to perennially revisit issues of definition, or at least issues about what
precise parameters need to be measured in order to understand both the severity of risk and its
consequences. It is this debate that has created wide variation in methodological approach and
theoretical apparatus, falling into four distinctive generations of theoretical and methodological
effort.

Main features of the national innovation system of the chosen country

It has been known that there are some key level determinants to have a clear fast paced
competitive approach in all major global firms. These terms may not refer all the changes in
doing business at basic level ,it also provides better innovative prospects at an product and
service competitors market .It can be measure in level of developing new policy based approach
and provide better market capitalization in product and services and service management at
various levels. In order to make up an better endeavour in prospects of firms levels and make
more out of innovative product and other return to investment approach and enhance national
share in high exports of technology and other countries taking up better establishing formal
method of national innovation system. [ CITATION Jos09 \l 1033 ]

Indian Innovation System and Its Performance

www.assignmentwritingindia.com
In an typical innovation system which has all the broad segments and enable better journey
approach for human kind of project .The first phase of this innovative system need to be taken up
is of the birth phase and other is the commercial working basic concepts of prototype mechanism
at a global level. In other phase of approach the survival phase has to be taken up for an up scale
based approach to an pilot and commercial stage options taken up .In form of third phase activity
of prototyping pilot level production needed to be up lifted at an commercial level production.

It is been known that Technology Development and Demonstration Programme (TDDP) aims at
catalysing underground activities relating to technology absorption, edition and demonstration
including capital goods development by involving industry and R&D organizations.

BY taking up this program a due approach of getting new level of innovative technologies are
scaled up for better proof at an concept stage and get plant or commercial stage with an industry.

To overcome some barriers and work based challenges in an administration level of taking up
innovation mechanism these idea prototype phase need to be taken up. It formally takes up issues
persistent like proper system facility and other evaluation methods in developing of ideas and not
getting better support based mechanised work programme to have an innovative prototype and
pilot prototype phase. It has also generalised way of getting awareness about funding mechanism
and getting user friendly mechanised approach.[ CITATION Bus08 \l 1033 ]

In an pilot to commercial phase there also three methodological steps like taking up complex
protection system withholding IPR ,it also gets better disputes based ownership on intellectual
property generated based on the approach .It also generalises adequate market orientation based
production innovation.[ CITATION Nay00 \l 1033 ]

It is known that Indian Innovation System can be considered as the basic level in viewing
system, which is presently going through phase of an evolution. Indian innovation system is a
continuous process of adapting itself to newer ways of conducting R&D and funding same. It is
keen to adopt select features of innovation systems in other countries to improve its
effectiveness. In this era of globalization, Indian Innovation System would be keen to participate
www.assignmentwritingindia.com
in a global innovation system, wherein idea is generated in one part of the world, prototype is
developed in another and it is commercialized in yet another part of the world for global
consumption. There is an increased thrust on public-private partnership models to nurture and
support the entire innovation chain in the country. Government is continuously enhancing the
S&T outlays over the five-year plan periods and is allocating higher funds for supporting cutting-
edge R&D and innovative projects main features of the national innovation system of the chosen
country. [ CITATION Nay00 \l 1033 ]
