so we can finish collecting the required information for the filings.

On A u gu s t 11 t h , 20 10 , information was sent out to Trade Organizations in O n -

t a r i o and individual companies outlining the requirements for COMMENCING CIVIL
ACTION TO RECOVER LOSSES .

There were a set of requirements that called for a registration fee plus an addi-
tional monthly fee for a period of six months.

To date, M– R E P C o m m un i c a t io n s has not been reimbursed for current legal

and operational expenses, and therefore will not be covering the costs going
forward.

PROHIBITION–TERRORISM DESTROYED the
Modern Professional Lawn Care Industry.
On April 22nd, 2009, the Government of On-
tario implemented legislation for the NEED-
LESS, SENSELESS, and MALICIOUS PROHIBI-
TION of pest control products
An Exception Status was provided to golf
courses, some sports fields, specialty turf, for-
estry, and agriculture ― industries that have
employed the very same pest control products
otherwise prohibited for the Professional Lawn
Care Industry.
The legislation was implemented despite the
fact that the prohibited pest control products
were still FEDERALLY LEGAL, SCIENTIFICALLY
SAFE, and TOTALLY IRREPLACEABLE.
Moreover, there were serious issues with the
Ontario Minister of the Environment, John
Gerretsen, who was responsible for imple-
menting prohibition.
Gerretsen was INDISCREET with his CLOSE
PUBLIC ASSOCIATIONS with RADICAL and
SUBVERSIVE Prohibition–Terror–Maniacs.
THE HORREN DO US CARNAG E
IN T H E P R O V IN C E O F O N T A R IO
DAMAGES to the Professional Lawn Care In-
dustry were EXTENSIVE because there were
NO valid economical alternatives to replace
the prohibited products.
VIRTUALLY ALL Green Alternatives were al-
most TOTAL INEFFECTIVE except under very
specific circumstances.
The Green Alternatives were BOGUS.
There were also questions about their TOXIC-
ITY.
Consequently, Professional Lawn Care Compa-
nies were UNABLE to provide adequate weed
and insect control, and were UNABLE to keep
their customers satisfied.
In 2009, the Ontario Professional Lawn Care
Industry lost over 300,000,000 DOLLARS.
In 2010, observers expected losses to reach
500,000,000 DOLLARS.
By late 2009, 40 to 70 PER CENT of Profes-
sional Lawn Care customers were ANNIHI-
LATED.
Because of PROHIBITION–TERRORISM, Pro-
fessional Lawn Care businesses were forced to
TERMINATE many or most of their employees.
By late 2009, OVER 5,000 HAPLESS VICTIMS
were UNEMPLOYED ( full time employees and
summer students ).
In 2010, observers expected 8,300 to 12,500
UNEMPLOYED.
Because of PROHIBITION–TERRORISM, Pro-
fessional Lawn Care businesses, which at one
time provided a good living and some equity
for eventual sale for retirement, became
WORTHLESS !
Because of PROHIBITION–TERRORISM, many
multi–vehicle Professional Lawn Care busi-
nesses were forced to DOWN–SIZE their op-
erations to a single truck.
By 2010, there was a GLUT OF USED EQUIP-
MENT FOR SALE because of the DOWN–
SIZING and EXODUS of Professional Lawn
Care businesses.
Several dozen companies were forced to exit
from the market by late 2009.

Within 36 months after the implementation of
PROHIBITION–TERRORISM, observers expec-
ted 780 BUSINESS FAILURES or BANKRUPT-
CIES in Ontario.
Unfortunately, the NEEDLESS, SENSELESS,
and MALICIOUS PROHIBITION of pest control
products guaranteed that no one would be
able to buy or sell a Professional Lawn Care
business !
Because of the PROHIBITION–TERRORISM,
observers expected that many Professional
Lawn Care businesses would simply be ABAN-
DONED.
PROHIBITION–TERRORISM DESTROYED the

Once Canada became an UNSTABLE MARKET,
and a HAVEN for PROHIBITION–TERRORISM
activity, companies and investors began tak-
ing their operations ELSEWHERE.
This was especially true for the Pest Control
Product Industry.
Canada no longer benefited from ANY addi-
tional investment regarding new and advanced
technologies in pest control products.
The Canadian market was FINISHED as far as
many chemical manufacturers were concer-
ned.
That’s was it !
Game over !
Because of the PROHIBITION of pest control
products, these manufacturers were TERRI-
FIED at the prospect of investing hundreds of
millions of dollars on the research and regis-
tration of new and advanced products in an
UNSTABLE Canada.
These manufacturers abhorred operating in a
Canadian market made UNSTABLE by Envi-
ronmental–Terrorism that could successfully
PROHIBIT pest control products, despite the
fact that they were FEDERALLY LEGAL, SCI-
ENTIFICALLY SAFE, TOTALLY IRREPLACEABLE,
and ABSOLUTELY INDISPENSABLE.
Just like the companies that vacated the Prov-
ince of Quebec in the 1970s because of a new
separatist government, chemical manufactur-
ers planned their EXODUS from Canada once
PROHIBITION was fully implemented in Que-
bec.

In January 2010, the Green Space Industry
outlined the list of CHARGES against the Gov-
ernment of Ontario and the Ministry of the En-
vironment.
The legal proceedings were organized by Jef-
frey P. Lowes and M–REP Communications.
Additionally, individual members of Prohibi-
tion–Terrorist–Organizations also faced CHAR-
GES under the Canadian Criminal Code.
By August 2010, M–REP Communications
commenced CIVIL ACTION to recover the
HORRENDOUS LOSSES caused by PROHIBI-
TION–TERRORISM.

It is ironical that Prohibition–Terror–Maniacs
are feigning mock–outrage and mock–terror
over 133 CRIMINAL CHARGES against 29 ac-
tivists
They must now face the consequences for
their actions.
These snivelling and crying Prohibition–
Basterds have themselves created HARM and
TERROR against the Green Space Industry
through their CONSPIRACY to NEEDLESSLY,
SENSELESSLY, and MALICIOUSLY prohibit
pest control products that are FEDERALLY LE-
GAL, SCIENTIFICALLY SAFE, and TOTALLY IR-
REPLACEABLE.
The DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE of these Prohi-
bition–Basterds is itself a form of TERROR
against the Green Space Industry.
As a reward for implementing PROHIBITION–
TERRORISM, these Basterds have acquired
some INFAMY, CELEBRITY, and POWER, and
have attracted MILLIONS OF DOLLARS to their
coffers.
The DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE of these Prohi-
bition–Basterds has led to LOSS OF REVE-
NUES, BUSINESS FAILURES, BANKRUPTCY,
and UNEMPLOYMENT, inflicting TERROR, DE-
SPAIR, and DESTITUTION ON THOUSANDS of
hapless victims throughout the Green Space
Industry.
These Prohibition–Basterds are experts in
AVOIDING the consequences of their FEAR–
MONGERING, FRAUDULENT LIES, MISCON-
CEPTIONS, COERCION, THREATS, DECEP-
TIONS, TERROR, and PARANOID CONSPIRA-
CIES regarding pest control products.
These Prohibition–Basterds have gone to great
lengths to create SHIELD ORGANIZATIONS in
order to ensure that NO actions could be at-
tributed to them personally.
When faced with the consequence of CRIMI-
NAL CHARGES, these snivelling and crying
Prohibition–Basterds run to the Government of
Ontario for help.
These Prohibition–Basterds oppose SLAPP,
which is an ACRONYM meaning Strategic Law-
suit Against Public Participation.
According to Prohibition–Terror–Maniacs,
SLAPP is a lawsuit that intends to censor, in-
timidate, and silence them with the burden of
the cost of a legal defence until they abandon
their criticism or opposition.
The self–serving Prohibition–Terror–Maniacs
have CONVENIENTLY taken the position that
SLAPP is a form of CENSORSHIP.
They are dismayed that the Government of
Ontario has concluded that THEY HAVE BEEN

water left for us to drink.
• If you use any insecticide, the birds and
bees will die.
• If you use an herbicide, our children will
become mutants.
• If you use a fungicide, golfers will die.
• If you use an organic fertilizer, people will
die.
• If you don’t support global warming, you
condemn us to a horrible death.
• If you do support the return of DDT, you
are stupid.
• If you are a professional turf manager sim-
ply trying to grow grass, you are an enemy of
Prohibition–Terror–Maniacs, and they will hurt
and harm your livelihood.
We are now NOT ONLY living in THE ERA OF
9/11 OF ENVIRONMENTAL–TERROR, we are
also witnessing THE SIEGE OF PROHIBITION–
