TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the following excerpts from the police blotter of
Malay Municipal Police Station, to wit:

BLOTTER ENTRY NO. 1504


NATURE OF THE CASE/DISPOSITION: Found Female Cadaver
DTPO: September 19, 2019/ 7:30 AM/ Brgy. Yapak, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan

FACTS OF THE CASE:


Around 7:45 AM of September 19, 2019, Noel Delos Santos Y Aberna, 33
yoa, male, married, a native of Nabas, Aklan, temporarily residing at Brgy Balabag,
Boracay Island and a construction worker employed with DMCI currently with project
site at Brgy Yapak, Boracay Island inform this office through a telephone call of a
found female cadaver at a pavement in Brgy Yapak while he was on his way to their
construction site. Immediately team led by PMAJ JESS BAYLON, Chief of Police
and PCpl Lester Concha, Duty Investigator left this police station on board the PNP
patrol vehicle in order to respond and verify the said report.

BLOTTER ENTRY NO. 1505


NATURE OF THE CASE/DISPOSITION: Murder
DTPO: September 19, 2019/ 7:30 AM/ Brgy. Yapak, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan

FACTS OF THE CASE:


In connection with Blotter Entry No. 1504, at about 9:00 AM of same date,
team led by PMAJ JESS BAYLON, Chief of Police and PCpl Lester Concha, Duty
Investigator returned to this station. That investigation disclosed that around 7:00
AM, victim identified as LINDA BOUCHHN Y SALEN, 36 years of age, Filipina,
businesswoman, Owner of Casa Palir Hotel located at Station 1, Boracay Island and
resident of Brgy Manocmanoc, Boracay, Island Malay Aklan was with the suspect
later identified as NOLI SEGOVIA Y SERUTO, 34 years old, single, former employee
of Casa Palir Hotel and native of Brgy Motag, Malay, Aklan. That witness Eric
Condez Y Cortes, 28 years old, single, Game Fowl Caretaker and resident of Brgy
Yapak, Boracay Island voluntarily disclosed to the responding PNP personnel what
he actually saw and witnessed how the suspect hogtied and killed the victim using
an unknown caliber of firearm. According to the above-mentioned witness, around
7:00 AM, when he was feeding their Chickens/Game fowls at their fenced farm
located at the corner area of the road to Bat Cave, he heard the suspect and victim
having a heated confrontation and argument. Out of curiosity, he walked toward the
cyclone wire fence to get nearer to where the noise is. About to approach the fence
(more or less 2 meters), personally saw, heard and witnessed NOLI SEGOVIA
shouting to the victim to quote “Kung indi moko pagpasayluon, patyon talang!”,
unquote. Thereafter, the suspect punched the victim hitting her stomach and fell
down and immediately hogtied the victim in his back while lying in a concrete
pavement. Then he drew his gun tacked in his waist and shoot the victim hitting her
head which resulted to her immediate death. That suspect was looking for something
in the victim’s pocket, got hold of a cellphone and that upon noticing of a tricycle
coming, immediately tossed the said cellphone near the victim’s body and fled to the
direction of Bat Cave.
That further investigation showed that around 10:00 AM of September 18,
victim Linda Bouchhn conducted an emergency meeting with all of the employees of
the said hotel regarding the current issues of the establishment including the
shortages in remittances of one of the employees. That the suspect who was a
cashier of said establishment was the one involved in the said incident, being
reprimanded by the victim and asked that all of his accumulated shortages be paid
personally by him amounting to P56, 000.00. That during the said meeting, the victim
informed the suspect that he will be temporarily suspended pending further
investigation and finding of appropriate sanctions. On the following day, September
19 around 6:30 AM, Linda Bouchhn asked another cashier, Mike Arguez of the place
of residence of the suspect in order to personally talk to him of some additional
shortages he incurred in the previous months.
Immediately PCpl Lester Concha, investigator on-case the Aklan Police
Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for Scene of Crime Operation (SOCO).
Responding elements of PNP exerted their utmost effort to locate and arrest
NOLI SEGOVIA but cannot be found and believed to be in hiding.

NATURE OF THE CASE/DISPOSITION: Murder
DTPO: September 19, 2019/ 7:30 AM/ Brgy. Yapak, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan

FACTS OF THE CASE:


In connection with Blotter Entry Nos. 1504 and 1505, at about 9:10 AM of
same date, team led by PMAJ JESS BAYLON, Chief of Police conducted hot pursuit
operation specifically in the place of permanent residence of the suspect in Brgy
Motag, Malay, Aklan but turned to be futile as the suspect, according to his
immediate family did not returned home nor visited them.

This certification is issued upon the request of the interested party for
whatever legal purpose it may serve.
