having 5 houses. So each house ha 4500 birds. So this is 22500 capacity farm.

prevention is the best and economical method of disease control. Prevention is the best achieved by the
use of sanitation and isolation program good management and good vaccination program

Structure and function of the poultry farm :

Two major product of commercial poultry are meat eggs and chicks marketable broiler are produce with
6 to 7 weeks of their placement
breeder are raised for about 25 week in grower houses and these breeder renamed for period of about
of 40 weeks so total life of breeder flock is 65 weeks .
After 40 week of production these breeder are culled and sold the slaughter and new chicks are bought
in as replacement stock

Structure of cost revenues:

 Feed account for about 70% of total operation cost of a breeder farm.

 5 tone vehicle of manure is sold 15000 rupees
