CELEBRATION OF FILIPINO
Accomplishment Report VALUES MONTH

The celebration of Filipino Values Month


in November, pursuant to Proclama-
tion No. 479 issued on October 7, 1994,
is an effective measure to create moral
awakening and national consciousness on
unique, positive, and genuine values
held important by the Filipino people in
their daily lives.

This celebration adhere to the core


values of education—makaDios (pro-God),
makatao (pro-people), makabayan (pro-
country), and makakalikasan (pro-
nature) . These values reflect the
country’s rich customs and practices that are

instilled early in life.

This year, the Filipino Values Month was


celebrated with the theme: Ang
Kabataang Pilipino sa Gitna ng
Globalisasyon.

In line with the celebration , the Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao (EsP) Club held the
Launching of Activities
guided with the theme : Ang Kabataang Pilipino sa Gitna ng Globalisasyon last
November 08, 2016
(Tuesday) at 10:00 in the morning.
This activity served as an official opening of the Values Education Week
Celebration in Pres. Corazon C.
Aquino National High School. Selected students from different Grade Level
participated in different activi-
ties. The objectives of this activity are
1. to inform the students about the activities of EsP Club
2. To encourage students to join healthy competition, and
3. To have an avenue to develop and love the God’s given talent.

Corresponding to the celebration of the Filipino Values Month, the Edukasyon sa


Pagpapakatao (EsP) Club
held different activities such as Essay Writing, Spoken Poetry, Slogan Making and
Poster Making with
the theme “Ang Kabataang Pilipino sa Gitna ng Globalisasyon” last November 16, 2016
(Wednesday) in
different set of time. The Tagisan ng Talino was held last November 17, 2016
Selected students from different Grade level participated in these activities. The
objectives of these activi-
ties are:

1. to provide opportunity for students to show their God-given talents,

2. to have harmonious relationship from different grade level of students and

3. to have an avenue to develop and love the God’s given talent.
