INTENT:
What is Architecture: Art and technique of designing and building, as distinguished from the skills
associated with construction. The practice of Architecture emphasis special relationships, orientation,
the support of activities to be carried out with in a designed environment and the arrangement and
visual rhythm of structural elements, as opposed to the design of structural system themselves.
INTRODUCTION:
Architecture education in India: The College offers a five year undergraduate course leading to Bachelor
of Science in Architecture. The Architecture curriculum has been designed with a complete coverage of
all the necessary theory, design and architectural practice courses. Studio system a common in
architecture education.
