BEGINNING THE LESSON 15'
The teacher says hello to the children and holds up her flash cards for animals, classroom objects and
food and revises the words with the class. She invites the class to take theirs.
She tells everyone to place their cards picture side up on their desks. She calls out one of the words. The
children must hold up the correct card. Then she repeats the activity, but this time she tells the class to
turn their cards over so that everyone is looking at the words.
