Abstract
In the laboratory practice the process of glycolysis is evidenced in an experimental way, which results
in the appearance of CO2 and ethyl alcohol as products. This was carried out by fermentation by
yeast, which at a constant temperature of 40 ° C ferments sugar, generating CO2 evidenced in the
displacement of water from a probe. It is formed of CO2 was 202 ml.
