AFFIRMATIVE FORM:

El sujeto en este ejemplo es They seguido por el verbo regular en forma pasada y el
complemento una expresión.

NEGATIVE FORM:

- Maria didn´tgo to the mall

El sujeto es Maria, seguido por el auxiliar y la forma negativa ( didn´t)

INTERROGATIVE FORM:
- Did Juan study fot the exam last?

Did se coloca primero , seguido del sujeto y el verbo en forma base

USES:

- Acciones terminadas
- Rutinas en el pasado

TIME EXPRESSIONS:

- Yesterday
- Last
- Ago
 PAST CONTINUOS
STRUCTURE:
S + WAS/WERE + V(ing) + C
Conformado por el sujeto.
Se usa WAS para :
- I´M
- He
- She
- It
Se usa WERE para
- You
- We
- They
Al verbo añadimos el ING y finalmente el complemento.

AFFIRMATIVE FORM:

- She was dancing salsa.

El sujeto está acompañado de was, al verbo se agrega ing y el complemento.

NEGATIVE FORM:

- They weren´t washing for 2 hours.

El sujeto va acompañado por weren´t (forma negativa), al verbo le añadimos ing y el

complemento.

INTERROGATIVE FORM:
- Was he eating lunch yesterday at 4 pm.

Was se coloca primero dependiendo del sujeto, seguido del sujeto , el verbo se
agrega ing y el complemento
