c. Submission of AAR re Conduct of Barangay Information Network (BIN)

Trainors Trained and Handlers Properly Deployed dated May 29, 2019.

2. Anent above, you are directed to submit AAR on dedicated handlers and
BINs. Further, the AAR will focus on the necessary requirement on managing,
handling and collection of information towards insurgency, terrorism and other forms
of criminality. Accordingly, submit After Activity Report to this Office thru email
address piuoperations@gmail.com (Attn: C, IOS) every 27th of the month.
