I would like invite you to participate in a questionnaire survey entitled Work Life Balance. I am currently a Mass
Communication Master student at University Teknologi Mara (UiTM) under the supervision of Professor Dr. Kiranjit
Kaur, and am in the process of writing my group project. The objective of the survey is to learn on how public relations
practitioners engage between professional role and personal positive lifestyle. This survey is solely for academic
purposes.

Your participation in this research project is completely voluntary. Data from this research will be kept confidential and
reported only as a collective combined total. No one other than the researchers will know your individual answers to this
questionnaire and no personal reference will be made to any participated individual.

intersection of work and life for professionals in our field. You were randomly selected from among IPRM members to
participate in this study. Your participation is completely voluntary, and your responses are confidential.
