INTRODUCTION

In this activity the development of a series of situations tending to the development of the
logistics environment will be carried out. Analyzing the context of logistics is concerned to state
that this assessment, evaluations and reports will result in the correct appreciation of this activity.

OBJECTIVES

GENERAL

Achieve the development of a series of knowledge, in which the correct use of the tools provided
will result in the solution to a series of activities. Without leaving aside that the implementation of
these different mechanisms would grant such knowledge and solution to the problems that are
generated.

SPECIFIC

• Generate the correct implementation of information systems, tending to the continuous

improvement of logistics activities
• Develop methodological strategies that generate knowledge of the activities carried out.

Our report aims to describe the design and implementation of the strategic system oriented to the
logistics of SMEs in the department of Meta. Taking into account the different processes by which the

establishment of this becomes necessary to carry out the achievement as far as a strategic system is
concerned.

In the same way define as through the application of different techniques in terms of knowledge,
conducting research, interviews and references related to strategic processes designed to implement
them. They become necessary and lead to the implementation of mentioned techniques and strategies
with their sole purpose of managing mentioned processes.

4.2 Explique brevemente el Sistema de distribución a utilizar según su Proyecto.

The distribution system that we handle is through suppliers who normally take the
merchandise to the distribution center, when the product arrives it is taken to a
refrigeration chamber and then it is prepared and taken to the customer.

4.3 Describa la instalación que van a utilizar, e.j.: warehouse, cilog, distribution center.

The facilities that we manage is a chicken distribution center. By establishing the different
regulations that must be taken into account, it is usually made up of two in which certain systems
are occasionally implemented according to the needs.

In this way, the stores can have the case, cooling systems or air conditioning for handling
refrigerated or frozen cargoes. Additionally, within a distribution center orders and billing are
prepared according to the established delivery times
