- What elements from Surrealism are found in your
artwork?
My artwork have moon and streetlight that is inspired from the
surrealism artist Paul Delvaux. The dim light give the
painting a dreamy feeling.
- What was that new thing or things you learnt
during this unit? (ATL skills should be included)
I learn about some more technique of preparing before
painting, and some of the name and use for some of the tools
used in painting. My self managing skill also improve a lot, I
am be able to finish my presentation in my home while working
on the artwork in school.

 Planning
In this stage, I am
planning out my
drawing and what
element i will put
into my painting. In

 Work process
This is my work
process, i make a
mistake, i forgot to
take picture while
doing the artwork.
Which make this part
of the presentation
incomplete. I start
with tracing with a
burnt umber, then
adding layer by layer,
to complete my basic
colour. Then adding
detail and other
shadow.
Describe your work
- Use of color
I used different shade from the colour
blue, purple and green. I also uses yellow
and orange to brighten the whole painting.

- Elements and principles of design

I used colour and line from element of
art. My whole painting is builded up with
simple lines. For principles of design, i
uses balance and proportion. My painting
is almost symmetrical, and the proportion
of each elements need to be correct in
order for the painting to not look weird.

- Composition
My artwork is composted by different
element, that also have different meaning.
The building on the two side is here to
give a feeling of narrow. The light and
the blurry human give a feeling of
familiar but helpless. Witch is my main
character, my fear.
