Graphic Designer - Corporate

This position is responsible for researching, creating and iterating inspiring design in both digital and
print formats that support [organization] B2B marketing strategy. You’ll be a key part of [organization]
marketing team helping to tell our story and establish us as thought leaders in a growing sector. This
position is based in [location].

Your primary responsibilities will include:


● Research: Gathering information and materials to support content creation and designs
● Research: Planning concepts by studying information and materials
● Creative leadership: Advising marketing team on good options for the expression of concepts
● Creation: Illustrating concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding
arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
● Teamwork: Responsively iterates designs as directed by marketing team members
● Organization: Archiving your designs and concepts, and maintaining those archive

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

● Image searching, creating palettes and design elements


● Producing relevant and modern designs to communicate [organization] message
● Collaborating with other team members on our editorial calendar with an eagle eye to
meet design deadlines
● Creating and maintaining archives of all designed content
● Working with internal teams and agencies in [locations]
● Reviewing competitor and customer designs and brand expression to maintain
awareness of our market; staying up to date on design trends in social/digital media
● Assisting in the development of marketing campaigns and concepts
● Occasionally assisting with overflow client work, as time allows

Who we are looking for:


● Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Design/Marketing/Creative or equivalent experience; non
traditional backgrounds are welcome
● 1-5 years of experience creating work for a range of UI platforms (web, desktop, mobile)
● Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and Keynote
● You must be a terrific graphic designer with experience in both print and digital design; you
will be expected to show us a portfolio of work that includes examples of conceptual design,
ads, web design, and print design
● You are a stickler for brand consistency regardless of platform
● You must have knowledge and examples of designed landing pages
● Demonstrated success managing multiple projects; agency or corporate experience a
big plus
● Ability to create original designs for print collateral (brochures, 1-pagers)
● Strong collaboration skills, and ability to work seamlessly with other teams
● Capable of receiving creative direction and accepting feedback
