we can take Mr. Narendra Modi who always leads from the front and he
ensures the progress of his team/people with deceptiveness.
- Wisdom leaders are mostly found not in political setup but in industrial as

Validation
The interview taken by me was validated by my friend Abhinav. He heard the audio
and also read the transcript. He also agreed that it is very exciting to interact with
foreign culture as we get learn new things about different cultures.
Even he believes that Karma is a real thing. The law of Karma states that for every
action there is a corresponding reaction and even Newton’s 3rd law of motion says
something similar that for every action there exists an equal and opposite reaction.

Comparison
The interview taken by me was of Mr. Aman Kushwaha who works as a President in
Sintex Industry which is a textile manufacturing company whereas my friend
interviewed Mr. Ranjit Singh Rana who is a Commanding Officer in Indo-Tibetan
Border Police .The first difference that we can see is that of the work environment as
both of them work in different sector that is one works in the textile industry and on the
other hand the other works in Armed forces.
As both of them head their teams in their organisation both of them feel that its very
important to keep the subordinates/team members motivated always for the smooth
working of the organisation.
Both the leaders feel that Karma plays a really very important role in one’s life.
Because what we do is what we get in return always and that is the reason why we
are always told to do good to others.
Interacting with the foreign culture is always exciting as we get to learn new things
which may help us in future both personally as well as professionally.
Analysis
After hearing both of these interviews and reading the transcripts we can say that most
of the answers and their thought about cultural diversity and its effects on leadership
skills were similar. Indian culture has helped both of them in their careers. They both
have used unique Indian cultural skills which have helped them throughout their
professional life. They also feel that all the 3 different types of leaders namely Visionary
leader, Wisdom Leader and Servant leader work differs and uniquely. All 3 of them
are important for an organization.

Conclusion
In the end we would like to conclude that even though both the leaders are from
different fields but still the leadership qualities in them remains similar to each other.
They both consider cultural difference important for their organization and believe that
it will help in growth of their organization.

Reflection
It is very evident from these 2 interviews that cultural diversity is very important for the
growth of any organization still we can see that people are discriminated. We should
always respect others culture and also try to accept it. The practice of favoritism still
exists in work places which is not at all acceptable. A great leader is the one who treats
everyone equally and motivate, supports his coworkers/team.
