CONSIDERACIONES PARA FACTURA COMERCIAL

Por favor tomar en cuenta los siguientes aspectos al momento de elaborar la Factura Comercial:
- Incluir el Termino de Pago Acordado o Realizado
- Incluir el INCOTERM de la Cotización/Transacción
- Indicar la Descripción de Bienes detallando de forma resumida los ítems o categorías de ítems que
incluye
- Trabajar con 2 dígitos al momento de calcular el total
- No colocar ítems en blanco o sin cantidad
- Verificar que las cantidades sean las mismas con respecto al Packing List
- Indicar el Numero de Bultos en función a Número de Cajas o Cartones y luego de Pallets

CONSIDERACIONES PARA LISTA DE EMPAQUE

Por favor tomar en cuenta los siguientes aspectos al momento de elaborar la Lista de Empaque
- No colocar ítems en blanco o sin cantidad
- Verificar que las cantidades sean las mismas con respecto a Factura Comercial
- Incluir Peso Bruto y Peso Neto de cada producto
- Incluir cantidad de Cajas o Cartones
- Si el producto cuenta con Nº de Serie, incluir el Nº de Serie de cada producto

THINGS TO TAKE IN COUNT AT THE MOMENT OF MAKING THE COMMERCIAL INVOICE

Please consider the following points:
- Include the Payment Term
- Include the INCOTERM of Quotation
- Include the Description of Goods according the category of items
- Take in count 2 digits at the moment of calculating the prices
- Do not include items with empty quantities
- Verify the quantities with the quantities that are in the Packing List
- Specify the Number of Packages according to the Number of Cartons/Boxes and Pallets

THINGS TO TAKE IN COUNT AT THE MOMENT OF MAKING THE PACKING LIST

Please consider the following points:
- Verify the quantities with the quantities that are in the Commercial Invoice
- Do not include items with empty quantities
- Specify the Number of Packages according to the Number of Cartons/Boxes and Pallets
- Specify the Gross Weight and Net Weight
- If the product have Serial Number, please include the Serial Number of each product
