dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru SD sebesar 0,377
skor pada konstanta 49,754.

hubungan antara X1 dengan Y sangat signifikan.

Dari tabel model summary terlihat bahwa rY12 = 0,258

atau 25,8%.

5. Kesimpulan
Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi dan korelasi
sederhana Y atas X1 diperoleh persamaan garis
regresi Y’ = 49,754 + 0,377X1, koefisien korelasi
0,506, koefisien determinasi 0,258 (25,8%). Hasil
penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya
kepemimpinan kepala sekolah termasuk salah satu
prediktor kinerja guru SD dengan kontribusi sebesar
25,8%. Artinya gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah
merupakan salah satu faktor penentu yang
signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SD di Sulawesi
Tenggara. Melalui persamaan garis regresi tersebut
di atas dapat dijelaskan bahwa setiap peningkatan
satu skor gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah akan
diikuti oleh peningkatan kinerja guru SD sebesar
0,377 skor pada konstanta 49,754.

Diperoleh RY123 = 0,754 dengan koefisien

determinasi 0,568 atau 56,8%.

4. Kesimpulan
Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi dan korelasi
ganda X1, X2, dan X3 secara bersama-sama dengan
Y diperoleh persamaan garis regresi Y’ = 18,306 -
0,011X1 + 0,542 X2 + 0,319 X3 dengan koefisien
korelasi sebesar 0,754 dan koefisien determinasi
sebesar 0,568 (56,8%). Hasil penelitian ini
menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan kepala
sekolah, ketahanmalangan, dan disiplin kerja guru
secara bersama-sama merupakan prediktor kinerja
guru SD dengan kontribusi sebesar 56,8%. Artinya
gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah,
ketahanmalangan, dan disiplin kerja guru secara
bersama-sama merupakan faktor penentu yang
signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SD di Sulawesi
Tenggara.
