Alcalca Municipal Ibagué NiT.8001133897 SECRETARIA DE INFRAESTRUCTURA RESOLUGION No. W 4080 2 ! ‘09 May ag, “Por medio de la cual se modifica la resolucién 1000-0148 del 12 de mayo de 2017” La Secretaria de Infraestructura, actuando en ejercicio de sus funciones, de conformidad con la delegacién otorgada a través del Decreto 1000-0612 del 24 de julio de 2017, modificado por el Decreto 1000-0618 del 25 de julio de 2017 y nombrada mediante Decreto 1000-0181 del 23 de marzo de 2018. CONSIDERANDO: Que mediante Resolucién No. 1000 ~ 0148 del 12 de mayo de 2017, se fijaron los precios unitarios para obras civiles de Infraestructura en el municipio de Ibagué para la vigencia 2017. Que en el articulo 1° de la mencionada resolucién, observa este despacho, que se incurrié en un error meramente formal al relacionar valores unitarios que no corresponden en la operacién aritmética para cada Item. Que en este orden de ideas, se hace necesario llevar a cabo la correccién del acto administrativo anteriormente mencionado, con fundamento en el articulo 45 de la Ley 1437 de 2071, el cual establece: "Articulo 45. Correccién de errores formales. En cualquier tiempo, de oficio 0 a peticion de parte, se podran corregir los errores simplemente formales contenidos en los actos administrativos, ya sean aritméticos, de digitacién, de transoripcion 0 de omision de palabras. En ningiin caso la correccién dara lugar a cambios en el sentido material de la decisién, ni revivira los términos legales para demandar el acto. Realizada la correccién, esta debera ser notificada 0 comunicada a todos los interesados, segiin corresponda.” Que la correccién prevista en la presente Resolucién cumple con los presupuestos del articulo en cita, por cuanto fue un palpable error de digitacion o transcripcién y no genera modificaciones en el sentido material de la decisién adoptada por la Alcaldia de! municipio de Ibagué.
