Microscopia general y observación de morfología celular

Resumen

El microscopio es un instrumento diseñado para poder ver imágenes visuales o fotográficas de

objetos muy pequeños que no se pueden detectar con el ojo humano. El microscopio realiza tres
tareas a la vez, produce una imagen ampliada de la muestra, separa detalles de la imagen y hace
que los detalles sean visibles y diferenciados.
Para que este funcione tiene unas partes fundamentales para su correcto establecimiento y
aplicación, como lo son los oculares, las platinas, los focos, el condensador y los lentes.
Para poder utilizar un microscopio primero se prepara la muestra que se quiere mirar a través del
mismo, se coloca la muestra encima de un cristal (portaobjeto) y por encima de este otro cristal
(cubreobjeto), a veces se agrega colorantes a estas muestras para poder observar mejor sus
estructuras, se coloca en el microscopio, se enciende el mismo y se ajusta las lupas para poder
observar la muestra preparada anteriormente.

Abstrac

The microscope is an instrument designed to be able to see visual or photographic images of very
small objects that cannot be detected with the human eye. The microscope performs three tasks at
once, produces an enlarged image of the sample, separates details from the image and makes the
details visible and differentiated. For this operation it has some fundamental parts for its correct
establishment and application, such as the eyepieces, the plates, the spotlights, the condenser and
the lenses. To be able to use a microscope, the sample that you want to look through is prepared
first, the sample is placed on top of a glass (slide) and above this other crystal (coverslip),
sometimes dyes are added to these samples to to be able to observe its structures better, it is placed
in the microscope, the same is turned on and the magnifiers are adjusted to be able to observe the
previously prepared sample.
