1.Executive summary

1.1 Business summary:

Our business is club provides services for Omani woman widow or divorce. our project
includes services such as, self-development courses sewing, swimming, gym, cooking
course, salon, courses of how to deal with children and provides them with a café. The
business name is Al-Amal Club. This address is a message urging woman not to give up and
always look for hope. This business going to talk about the woman how lost their husband
and we will be going to support them psychological and social, we going to help them the
fair as we can, we going to let them express their feelings what they think.

1.2 Business aims:

 support the woman how lost their husband by psychological and social support.
 We will become lauders for 3 years later in Oman
 In future we going to open another branch not only in Muscat but in every place in Oman
else.
 After we succeed, we will be going to open the branch on other countries.
 Will conduct seminar in schools, hospitals, college, university and associations in order to
know more about this subject the women how lost her husband.
 depend the woman on herself in life without husband.
 We want to take care of the social activities of this group that are of little interest in our
society.

3.2 The basic product/service:

Small club will be produced to support the women who loss her husband. This
support will be psychological and social support. This club will let those women to
discover themselves more so, they will be able to improve themselves and face the life
difficulties without man help this will done by producing special lessons and courses.
Also, there will be courses about raising the child. This club will include small
coffeeshop to allow the women to shear their stories with the other and fell free to
speak. As well, there will be small gym to enjoy and dispose of negative energy.
Moreover, the club will provide teachers to teach swing, cooking and so on to make
the women ready to start with her own business. All the services provided by the club
are characterized by their prices suitable for all categories and levels where the
participation in the club daily or weekly, monthly or yearly.

school diploma, graduate or employee and uneducated women.

The target customer in this project is the widow or the absolute and they need as follows:
 Self-development: Through training courses that enhance and strengthen their personality.
 Educational courses: Special courses and lectures on how to raise children or courses of art
dealing.
 Entertainment: A customer needs a place where the entertainment meets in one place like
sport and swimming.
 Learn the life skills: Women need divorced or widowed to a place where they meet teaching
life skills such as sewing and cooking.
